Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has its own balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy all that Traverse City has to offer. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

Great time as always in TC

This was a great location for everything we wanted to do in downtown TC. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate to accommodate all three couples in our group which was great. We were allowed early check in as well.

The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and offered all of the amenities as advertised. Great location to walk to downtown area and very close to waterfront and everything thing that Traverse City has to offer

Great location

This property is right off Front Street. It was an easy walk or short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was in great shape. Perfect for our needs.

Clean and Comfortable

We spend a week in Traverse City every summer. This was our first time staying in this unit and we were very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. The bedrooms and kitchen were all thoughtfully furnished and the smart tv was a nice added bonus. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach multiple times throughout the week. My kids enjoyed the park across the street, as well. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future!

Convenient

I loved the location. There is a park across the street to take the kiddos. There is a crosswalk with a safe way to get to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. No stressing about finding a parking space. Could see the air show and fireworks from the balcony. Could hear the music from the concerts, a little muffled but still. Nice view of the bay. Would recommend this place. We saved a lot of money preparing most meals at the condo.
