Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

No pets allowed.

Wedding stay

Great condo on the bay in the heart of TC

Wine tour

It was a celebration for my best friends 65th Birthday and there was for of us. We had a great time. The space was perfect for us. Only next time we will look for a first floor option. All of us were over 60 and we over packed.

Very Nice Place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for 6, within walking distance of downtown with many bars and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

girls weekend

this property was a perfect location for us. it had everything we needed to make for a great stay. only issue was the amount of stairs. very steep to get into the condo and all bedrooms were located up stairs. the mattress in the front left bedroom was not very comfortable. thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect Traverse City condo

6 adults stayed here for a girls weekend and the condo was just as great as advertised. Close enough to walk to Front St. shopping and dining. Layout is perfect and we were very comfortable. Only thing missing is chairs on the deck to enjoy being outdoors and take in the partial bay view. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with great location

The condo and furnishings were also very good. 2 of the 3 beds were very comfy but the third bed was a little tired. It was very clean. The balconies were a nice bonus.

Perfect girls trip!

Great location

This property is right off Front Street. It was an easy walk or short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was in great shape. Perfect for our needs.

Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 17 from 8/24-8/29. Very clean and the pre check in instructions were spot on. Very pleased with our stay and would have no problem coming back. Only other thing to note, there were a lot of fruit flies and it looks like they tried to mitigate that some but they were annoying!

Oh Sip it's a girls trip

wife and several friends went on this trip for a celebration and wine tour and had a blast. Everyone involved enjoyed the condo itself and location.

Great time as always in TC

This was a great location for everything we wanted to do in downtown TC. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate to accommodate all three couples in our group which was great. We were allowed early check in as well.

The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and offered all of the amenities as advertised. Great location to walk to downtown area and very close to waterfront and everything thing that Traverse City has to offer

50th Anniversary wine tour/ fishing trip

Accommodations for 6 were great- but a 6th seat in the living room would have been good-location was great close to everything in TC. Would be good to have check out@11…since we needed to empty the dishwasher/ stock …made for a hand wash in the AM. All loved it and would come again.

Up North Vacation

This is the second time we stayed at this complex. Previously we stayed in a smaller unit. The location is easy walking distance to downtown Traverse City, restaurants and shopping. The unit is clean well furnished with comfortable beds.
