Bougie Bear is a professionally managed, brand new custom mountain-modern home completed in August 2023 and located in the upscale Watersong community near Ellijay, Georgia. This stylish retreat offers thoughtful design, comfortable living spaces, and modern amenities ideal for families and small groups seeking a peaceful mountain escape close to town.

Managed by Mountain Vibe Vacations, the home blends contemporary style with the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Great house and peaceful location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and had lots of amenities and nice touches. The house was very spacious and gave us plenty of room for 6 adults and a child to stay comfortably. The location is quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful house had a great time. We had a few cleaning issues is the only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars. Great communication with Mountain Vibes. The first day we had several wild turkeys in the yard. Very quiet and peaceful loved ours stay. We have booked two weeks next year. Would recommend!

Fantastic Stay

We had an incredible time at Bougie Bear! There were tons of games and things to do at the cabin. We did tons of cooking and appreciated all of the spices and cooking utensils available. Thanks for a great stay!!

Relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is so cute, the house was so nice. We love the large round chair in the living room, the gas fire, the outside area with the grill and sitting, hot tub, outside fire. I mean the list goes on. The weather during our stay was incredible. The beds are on the firmer side. Looking forward to coming back or enjoying another stay at one of your other locations.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Bougie Bear for my Birthday. We stayed several times in the Watersong community, we just LOVE it! It was a very peaceful and relaxing off grid stay again. We enjoyed every minute of it, especially the patio, the outside fire pit area, and the hot tub are fantastic. We loved watching the deers crossing, and our furry friend enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings as well.The cabin is beautiful, with a modern and elegant twist on the mountain. Kitchen is well stacked, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. Easy access the Ellijay and Blue Ridge, all paved road, and great internet. David, the host was very responsive, great to work with and always helpful. We greatly enjoyed the place and highly recommend to anyone. We will stay again!

Review of Bougie bear

We had a wonderful visit. The minor things that I thought the cabin needed was it need a deep clean already. Furniture could be moved and vacuuming. And things coukd have been dusted. I own my own cleaning business so I alwals see things that others dont see. Also it could use a larger Frying pan since its a cabing for 10.But I think the place is gorgeous. We will definitely be back. Minor things don't bother me but love to share so you can improve on. Thanks for reaching out.
