It was a dog friendly house! The proximity to the beach was 2 blocks, very doable! If you want the ritz it’s not for you! We enjoyed the back deck in the afternoon when it was shaded and very comfortable!! We didn’t need a fancy place, we
would rather have our dogs with us and we did enjoy that!
