Traditional Hamptons cape-style house is located on a charming, quiet cul de sac in Southampton, just seconds from the Village. The property borders a reserve to the rear providing great views as well as privacy. It is perfect for families who like to relax or entertain.

With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends. One bedroom is located on the first floor along with 2 bathrooms, one of which has a changing room just off the pool area. The master bedroom features a king bed and master bath while 3 guest rooms are furnished with queen beds. The 5th bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The crib is available as well.

The living area boasts a formal dining room, living room, large family room, and a spacious yard for children to play and run around. The completely fenced in in-ground heated pool area provides a safe environment for children. Enjoy lazy afternoons on the covered front porch that is fully furnished and makes for a relaxing place to hang out. House comes equipped with an indoor/outdoor surround sound music system. This house sits on a dead-end street, perfect for walks and riding bikes.

You are around the corner from the Hampton Jitney stop, a short walk to LIRR, and an easy bike ride to town and ocean beaches.

Wonderful home!

Perfect vacation home

Perfect in every way!

We stayed at this property for two weeks just before Labor Day, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and spotless, and acommodated our group perfectly. The property is simply stunning and extremely private, and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily visits from the neighboring deer, turkey, and even a fox :) Kids and adults alike spent many hours each day in the pool, and we loved grilling and having our meals on the beautiful covered porch. Last but certainly not least, the owner was such a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy - thank you! A truly special place and we hope to return very soon!!

This is a terrific property with a beautiful open backyard facing a preserve. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Super responsive and accommodating. House is close to town and beaches. Everything was perfect.
