Modern luxury 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with open floor plan, 4 sets of sliders, stainless appliances, quartz counters, bar, ice maker, drink fridge, High end drinking water filter and whole house water filtration.

Private access to the condo, lanai and large 60 foot patio with 8 person outdoor dining table, lounge areas, umbrella and Weber grill.

Common grounds include heated pool area, pond, fishing pier, clubhouse, and private beachfront grounds for swimming, fishing, lounging, dining, kayaking, dolphin, manatee and bird watching.
