Welcome to your cozy log cabin retreat, a charming duplex perfect for up to six guests. Nestled just one block from the beautiful bay, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy spectacular sunsets and the best of the local scene.

The Space

This property consists of a duplex with two separate studio cottages, Pine and Cedar, which are rented together. It's an ideal setup for families or friends traveling together who appreciate having their own space.

Cedar Cottage: Sleeps up to 4 guests with a comfortable queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Pine Cottage: Sleeps 2 guests in a queen bed.

Each studio is equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring its own full bathroom, a mini split A/C unit, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with cable. The convenient kitchenettes include a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster oven/air fryer. For entertainment, you'll also find a collection of games, books, and puzzles.

Outside, a huge, grassy yard awaits. Enjoy lawn games during the day and gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing at night.

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire duplex, including both the Pine and Cedar cottages, as well as shared parking. The expansive yard, fire pit, and lawn games are also yours to enjoy.

Please note that if another group is staying in the main house on the property, these outdoor amenities and the parking area will be shared.

The Neighborhood

Immerse yourself in the local charm, with fantastic attractions just a short walk away. Stroll down to Wilson’s for ice cream, explore the iconic Anderson’s Dock, or experience a traditional fish boil at the Old Post Office Inn.

Getting Around

The duplex's prime location means many local favorites are just a short walk from your door, allowing you to park your car and explore the heart of the town on foot.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
* No smoking of any kind is permitted.
* Sorry, no pets are allowed.
* Please do not move the furniture.
* No open flames are allowed inside the cottages.

Important Information

Shared Wall: As this is a duplex, the two studios share a wall. Please be mindful that some noise may be heard between the units.

Off-Limits Areas: The lofts and ladders in each cottage are not for guest use. For your safety, please do not climb, move, or take them down.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, a security camera is located in the backyard. It overlooks the parking area and yard and records both audio and video 24/7 with motion detection.

What We Provide: We supply bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. You'll also find a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, and travel-sized toiletries.

What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels for bay adventures, firewood for the fire pit, and any cooking essentials you may need (such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices).

Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.

Please Note: Contact us if you’re interested in booking the entire property, which includes the main house and duplex studios, accommodating up to 10 guests. This is a perfect option for family reunions or group getaways!
