Complex is private and you will need a key fob to access the elevators and stairways. Key Fobs are located in a lock box. Front door is equipped with a keyless lock and we offer an easy contactless, self check-in process.
Welcome to your Hawaiian Paradise Vacation at our uniquely remodeled Hale! Leave the hustle and bustle of Waikiki behind and escape to the serene Hawaiian countryside on Oahu. Say aloha to private beaches with breathtaking views and soothing ocean sounds, and experience Hawaii like a local.
Step into our cozy chic condo, tastefully decorated with a touch of island charm. Fully outfitted with all new linens, towels, and kitchenware, our unit offers a full kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, range oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig K-Duo Essentials Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. For your convenience, there's also a washer/dryer in the unit and a Two Smart TV's(one in bedroom and one in Living Room) with and Cable for your entertainment.
Start your day with an early morning walk on the beach and witness the stunning sunrise over the ocean with a freshly brewed cup of coffee in hand. You might even spot a resident turtle sunbathing on the shore or find a fresh coconut waiting for you. Relax on the Lanai Chaise Lounger with a glass of wine, listen to the gentle surf, and wind down with your favorite book, creating the perfect day.
Located on the 2nd floor with reserved parking just steps from the elevators, our condo offers convenience and comfort. The complex also features a fitness room and sparkling swimming pool, or you can take a few steps to the private white sandy beach for a refreshing swim in the ocean. Stay motivated with an oceanfront view while you exercise in the fitness room and cool off with a dip in the ocean, rejuvenating your body, mind, and soul.
If you love snorkeling, don't forget to pack your gear! Our coral reef offers an abundance of colorful fish and friendly turtles in crystal-clear waters, providing an unforgettable snorkeling experience. For more outdoor adventures, you can indulge in hiking, kayaking, surfing, zip-lining, or explore the famous Kualoa Ranch with ATV rides, tours, horseback riding, and Jurassic Park Movie Tour. Nature walks, rooftop sunsets, Waimea Falls, Waimea Cliff Jumping, Turtle Bay, and Sunset Beach are also recommended local activities to immerse yourself in the beauty of Oahu.

* PLEASE NOTE CONDO UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A/C UNIT. Our condo faces the winward side of the island and is the only means of cooling. Windows are doors are required to be open for air to flow through the unit. This is common on the island due to our cool Hawaiian year round weather.
* Pool is a community amenity and during our construction period you may experience some closures and or some usage restrictions. Please be advised that if this occurs, it is out of our control and posted signs of such restrictions will be posted in the elevator or at the pool entrance.
* Our building is undergoing a remodeling upgrades on several portions of the building and thus guest experience may be affected. Please expect some amenity closures and or restrictions of use is some areas. Other items to expected are; some view disruptions, construction noise, workmen noise, vibrations, work related odors and parking restrictions or parking location changes. Current scheduled construction persist of Lanai repairs of which a scaffold is present in front on the Lanai for work access to above units. The Lanai repairs and scaffolding is currently scheduled to be present until April 2024. More information can be provided by request. Please note that construction work hours are from M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Although these interruptions may not be experienced daily or present during your stay, we do apologies in advance and recommend scheduling all your activities and outings during this time frame to make the best of your experience and save the Weekends for the R/R potions of your vacation.
* Booking guest must sign a rental agreement prior to taking occupancy. Must be 21 y/o minimum. Booking guest shall be responsible for property and all guest/occupants during reservation period. Rental Agreement requires booking guest to provide a valid picture identification card and a credit card. No charges will be administered directly for any cases covered by Listing platform policy. Only cases not covered under listing platform policy will be considered chargeable.
*Cancellations: Direct bookings or bookings accepted through our payment system are subject to a non refundable 5% processing fee . This applies to all qualified cancellations during the cancellation period.
*We are pleased to host your vacation, please message us for any special request, questions, or concerns.
Local bus route in front of property. Ubers are available, however if you plan on just relaxing and not going anywhere, a car is optional as we have a convenient store and food trucks at a short walk away from the property.
All guest must sign a rental agreement and provide a guest list prior to taking occupancy. We have parking space for 1 vehicle on property, all other vehicles must park off property in grassy area. This is a non-smoking rental and no pets are allowed. HOA rules and posted signs must be followed. All guest fines and violations will be passed on to guest at cost plus a management fee for processing.
Note: There is on going building maintenance construction projects currently in place that may cause some disturbances, such as noise, building area/amenities closures and temporary parking spot changes and view disruptions. Construction, when scheduled are only during M-F from 8 am to 5 Pm. Please reach out us if you have any questions or concerns. Please note current on going construction of unit Lanai repairs in units along the building is underway. This activity includes scaffolding in front of units. This activity is scheduled through 2025, until completed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thus reward you in advance with our highly reduced and lowest rates possible.
