This enchanting historic home is remodeled and outfitted with careful consideration in every detail to ensure a comfortable, delightful stay. Set in the quiet Encanto neighborhood about 15 minutes from Sky Harbor, enjoy easy access to play at nearby restaurants/bars, golf, down- and mid-town Phoenix, boutique shopping, parks, grocery, freeways & more. While home, relax with lovely indoor/outdoor dining, outside fireplace and seating, BBQ, hot tub, and many thoughtful creature comforts.
The space
The two bedrooms are separated from each other -- one with a queen bed, smart TV, door to backyard and en suite bath; the other with a sleep number king size bed next to the large hall bath with shower/tub combo.
