Relax with comfort and tranquility with the whole family. The house is located on Oyster Creek, with access to the Chesapeake Bay and Rappahannock River. The elevated home boasts 3 bedrooms with lots of river style comfort. Enjoy the sounds of nature while enjoying your morning coffee on the *new* back deck. An evening dinner and drink will be accompanied by beautiful sunsets. The private dock is great for reading, relaxing, fishing, or kayaking. Come and see what adventures await!
The space
The main floor has two bedrooms with queen size beds. Each room has its own breathtaking views of the water. The common area includes a kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and a living room with a plush and amazingly comfortable couch. The main floor has access to the back deck for outdoor dining options. Upstairs, there are accommodations for guests including four twin beds. There is also an upstairs bathroom and shower for guests to use. There is a cozy spot upstairs for children to play, color, build, or watch DVDs.
Upstairs also has additional bedding options.

Outside, there is an upper deck that provides breathtaking views of the water and the surrounding nature. There are stairs down to the concrete ground level for more seating and relaxing. Take a quick stroll to the dock to play in the water, launch a canoe or kayak or paddle board, or catch a fish. The creek is shallow enough at waters edge to launch, but deep enough around the other side of the dock to cannonball into the cooling water. After a long day out on the water, please take full advantage of the outdoor shower.

Nearby (1.4 miles) the house is Windmill Point Marina. During the summer season, the marina has a large pool that you can pay a per person daily rate to use. The marina also has a pubic boat launch. Boats can tie off and dock at the house, but the boat lift does not work. The estimated boating time from Windmill Point Marina and the house is 10-15 minutes. At the Marina, you can also find The Tiki Bar. During the warmer weather seasons, The Tiki Bar at Windmill Point will host nightly music. You can grab fish tacos, a cocktail, and take in the refreshing water breeze while listening to local talent.

The town of White Stone has some amazing dining options. Nearby are the towns of Irvington and Kilmarnock which also have impressive dining options and shopping. To keep the kids entertained you can go to Compass Entertainment. Compass has an arcade, endless games, food, a movie theatre, outdoor mini golf, batting cages, go carts, and so much more!
