Large Midtown basement apt + walk 2 Beltline/PCM/Piedmont Park

This large 1-bedroom apartment with lots of free street parking is located in the basement of our family home. We live in the Midtown neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Beltline, 1 block from Ponce City Market and a 10 minute walk to Piedmont Park. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Victorian mansions and Craftsman bungalows surround our newly built home. This area is very safe and a lot of fun.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Weekend Spot

Our stay was a perfect location to walk to everything we could want to do in the Virginia Highlands area. Space was immaculately clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. We look forward for booking again in the future.

Enjoyable

This property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The gym has everything you could need. Street parking was always available directly in front of the basement entrance. The only thing we noticed is there is no stove and we could not find a microwave so there is no way to heat up left overs. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The best location in a beautiful home - just make sure you’re an early riser

First of all, this home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Parking is on the street but was always available. Be aware, the family does have children and you DEFINITELY hear running on stairs above you and cute morning giggles and zooming about. We are very early morning people so this was fine, but we never slept past 6:30am due to the noise. I didn’t mind enough to take any stars off because the stay was truly perfect otherwise, but I do think it’s important to know that this is a home with children so you will be up early lol
