Quite 55 community. Close to shopping, farmers market, and especially beaches.
This condo is very roomy with 2 enclosed porches. One in the front and one in the back off the master bedroom. The rear porch looks over a park like setting. Good place to enjoy your morning coffee. The pool is well kept. It is within driving distance of all necessary shopping, Publix (5 Min) Englewood Beach (10 Min) Manasota Beach, my favorite (15 Min) Downtown Sarasota (30 Min) Sarasota Airport (40 Min)
