Our home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip to Tampa. Enjoy a Smart TV in the Livingroom & every bedroom, with fast WIFI connection during your stay. A fully stocked kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals with your family and friends. Take advantage of the charcoal grill & outdoor dining area in the backyard for a lovely evening outdoors. Not a middle class neighborhood

I was told by the owner the place was wheelchair accessible. It is not. The 4 inch step to get in the house was not too bad when using a board i bought from Home Depot < 1 mile. The doors to the bathrooms are too narrow to get a wheelchair in.

Wasn't asking for much

Old neighborhood and home with updates possibly not to code. No hot water in the hall bathroom. Many guests had to take freezing showers. Contacted owner and he said you barely turn the handle to get hot water. A simple sign posted would be helpful. Microwave sparked and basically blew up. Cheap purchase for looks, not function. Towels were starchy and dingy. Fire alarm kept going off when hairdryer used in the back bedroom on the right. One guest sleep on the coach (not opened up) and was infested with mites or bed bugs. Arrest made across the street. Chickens/roosters running around the neighborhood but the location was not too bad. A little rough. Owner was quick to respond most of the time but never addressed the microwave issue. Has great potential. Providing signs for guests on simple issues like tap the shower handle to turn on would be helpful. I don't know if they allow pets, but perhaps the mites or bugs were from a pet.
