Stunning Studio with Outdoor Oasis

This private ground floor unit is conveniently located 15 minutes to downtown Denver with easy access to Boulder and only an hour to the nearest ski resorts. You will enter into a backyard patio, with a grill, and outdoor seating area. Enjoy the spacious back patio and yard with separate grill and seating area just for guests!

The space
You will enter into the unit’s private entrance through the backyard. In your space, you will find a studio style apartment with 1 queen bed, a living room space with a smart TV. The kitchenette area includes a table and everything you need to cook your own meals. A microwave, countertop oven, hot plate (for pots / pans), hot/cold coffee brewer, and full sized refrigerator are provided. Sit and relax with the provided smart TV or board games. Large windows in the unit provide great natural light throughout the day.

Please remember the other part of the home is occupied. Your unit is below the bedrooms in the main part of the home, so footsteps might be heard. However, we always stay as quiet as possible to accommodate our guests! Each unit is totally locked off and private, with their own separate entrances and the only shared space is the backyard. This unit is monitored by the same thermostat as the upstairs unit. With that in mind, we can provide any extra blankets, fans, or heaters so you can create the perfect temperature for yourself.

Guest access
You will have access to your patio with included grill and patio furniture. You will have private access to your separate apartment with a private kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, and bedroom.

Other things to note
We respectfully request you do not smoke inside the home. Your private patio is a great area for you to smoke. Please be sure whatever you are smoking is put out completely so there are no fire concerns.
