This fully-furnished oceanfront condominium, is located 23 feet from the water on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. We are on the third level of a four level complex, A23. Listen to the ocean waves or catch a beautiful sunset while dining on your private lanai.
Enjoy a great vacation with your own special place on the Kona coast. There is only a coconut palm between you and the ocean front, you get the air and the sound from the ocean 24/7. If you like to watch the surf and hear it at it's best, this is the place. Just about everything that happens at the Kona waterfront can be seen from the lanai. There is whale and dolphin watching, para sailing, submarine touring, kayaking, and surfing all going on at one time or another. In addition many of the cruise ships can be seen at anchor. An active seascape.
The Kona Reef Condominiums are among the most desirable places to stay in Kailua-Kona. It is an easy walk to town for shopping and popular restaurants. Ocean access is steps away at Kona's newest beach. Staying here will make your visit to Hawaii a memorable one. This condominium is a non-smoking unit.

Spring Break in Kona
The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities one could want.....Well appointed kitchen,comfortable living room with nice sound system and a porch with the million dollar view of the ocean ,where we spent most of our time.The bed was very comfortable and we found a few beach chairs and a boogie board in the closet and under the bed,which we did not expect but were nice to have.
Location,location ,location......Being literally on the beach ,morning coffee was serene listening to the surf and west facing,our sunsets were sublime....And 5 minute walk to the central business area with restaurants and store was super convenient.
If you want privacy and quiet comfort of a condo with amazing location,this one has you covered.

Nothing can compare to this view!
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in July, had a fantastic stay in A23. The owner was very accommodating to our needs, and the place was fantastic! The place was very clean, and organized, and in working order. Everything we needed to cook, and have a comfortable stay was right there, in the place along with newer appliances. Nothing beats being able to drinking your morning coffee on the Lanai and watching the spinner dolphins right outside the reef, to drinking a cold beer and watching the sunsets. Absolutely fantastic stay here! the Cal king mattress was nice too! The unit is located in such a great location too! Just a quick walk and you are at the farmers market, coffee shops, & dining facility! Would highly recommend to anyone that wants the best view to remember!
Can't beat the view
Clean and easy to access but bed and couch were fairly uncomfortable. Looks like not too much maintenance has been done in quite some time. AC is a small wall mount and does not really cool down the bed room. However if you are looking for a no frills, condo for two right on the water this is it.

The bed issue is resolved. Brand new king size bed and mattress put in place. Updated kitchen with new smooth top stove, new microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Replaced water heater and installed new faucets in kitchen and bath. New fans in both living room and bedroom. Reupholstered all furniture.
Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was excellent to deal with. Location couldn't be better and the complex is well kept. Would highly recommend.
World-class Sportfishing, the Volcano National Park is located on the Big Island and makes a great day trip. The Kona coffee capital of the world, many coffee farms to tour and get a taste. An abundance of local produce and products in the area, from farmer's markets and independent vendors. Every tropical fruit and vegetable imaginable is here somewhere. Crafts made from native woods and grasses found nowhere else are available.
