Family Scottsdale Condo! Private! Great Location!

Welcome to the Desert Chateau! This charming townhome is in the heart of Scottsdale and perfect for any type of Scottsdale visit! It is only 15 min from Sky Harbor and just minutes from Old Town. Walking distance to the grocery store and several dining places. It is perfect for up to 6 people (inflatable queen mattress with electric air pump also included). Private entrance, and private patio with a grill. A Pack-n-Play and high chair are also included. The primary room has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are extra blankets in the linen closet. There are blackout curtains that have been added since the photos were taken for a better nights sleep! Two full bathrooms (one with a shower/tub, the other with a shower). There is a microwave and Coffee/Tea station as well. Inflatable pool toys are provided for use in the community pool. You will have access to the small, basic gym located directly east of the pool. The entire unit is non -smoking only.

A bit dated but clean and comfortable with a quiet location. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Our host Lauren was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Great location for Mayo Clinic appointments!

My brother and I stayed here while I was attending multiple appointments at both Mayo Clinics. The unit is clean, neat and tidy and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed listening to the birds on the patio in the cool of the morning and grilling steaks for dinner. Would definitely stay here again on future trips. And bring my binoculars for bird watching!

I am originally from San Diego, but have lived in Scottsdale for about 10 years. I have been visiting Scottsdale my whole life, as my grandparents lived here. I have seen the city expand and change and have loved being able to witness the growth.

My 3 children, husband, and I love to travel and have taken our travel trailer all over the United States. We enjoy exploring new cities and in turn, offering a "home base" for those who are visiting our city.

Why they chose this property

This home holds personal sentiment as we lived here during several different seasons of our life, as we remodeled our own home. It is a great, safe neighborhood; Quiet and serene. There are several great walking paths nearby, as well as parks and lakes.
A major grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance to the townhouse, as well as a coffee shop and several dining options.
