Quiet neighborhood

Very clean home, good location. Spacious parking for vehicles. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

There was plenty of parking. The living area was spacious. Toilet paper, paper towels, linens, and coffee filters were all supplied. There was room for our things in the kitchen and the bedrooms and a nice shelving unit right outside of the bathroom. The bathroom is dated, but completely functional. The separate laundry room was a plus. The yard is large. Two houses down there is a sidewalk along the river. About .25 miles along the walk is a small park with a playground and benches. The dog and I had a beautiful walk every morning. There is a train that sounds its horn maybe once a day. The house was very clean. The location is fantastic, especially for bike week. The loop and Main street are very close. Also, there is a wonderful family-owned rum distillery close by. Very easy ingress/egress. Courtney was very responsive to any of my inquiries. Thanks for a great stay!

Courtney was a great host with quick communication and pleasant. We loved the house and its amenities. You couldn’t ask for more where the kitchen was involved. The beds were quite comfortable, as was the living area. I absolutely loved all the windows and the light that came through. The bathroom needs some updating but was clean and we only had one hand towel and no bath rug. We were not there for very long so I found no need to trouble her asking for those items. Maybe just to make sure the cleaning person checks the supply. Washer and dryer were a plus should we have needed it. Always nice to know that’s there for using. Also, it was a nice, quiet neighborhood and extremely close to the International Speedway which was our goal!! Thank you, Courtney, for a wonderful stay!

Impronto visit

We had a last minute book and it was way netter the. expected. The house was bach cottage cabin reminded us of Maine. We are from PCB Fl and this area definitely was a nice area. The walk to the park to warch firewaorks was a. Bonus. Definitely will come agai .

Clean place. Dated. Lacking paper towels, clean looking wash cloths (they looked dirty), dirty back porch (needs a good hosing diwn), no dishwasher pods, no extra blankets or throw blankets. Stained tub. Kitchen was very nice. Coffee maker has a cone shaped filter basket.

Nice and quiet getaway.

It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being in close proximity to everything we needed. When bringing pets please know there is not a fenced in yard for them. The property is pleasant. We will stay again next time we attend our semiannual assemblies in Daytona.

The home was cozy and clean. There was no toilet paper though. And there was no extra rolls anywhere. We were also told there would be 2 keys for the other person in our party and there was only 1 key. We had our 2 pups with us and the back yard wasnt fenced in. We knew that when we booked but it would make the stay alittle nicer if there was a fenced in back yard for dogs. Maybe also too a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Regarding the house key, maybe placing a door code on that front door for easier access. Overall the home was nice. Good amount of dishes and silverware and pots and pans.
