La Vistana is upscale and gated condominium, with a large perpetually clean heated pool on the beach side, and 2 hot tubs - always on. Two Spacious decks with gas grills, sink, plenty of tables, umbrellas, and chairs. Also 2 elevators, and the gym is on your floor, 7th. The one month minimum rental on the property attracts longer term well behaved guests and residents. Plentiful parking! One assigned space and unlike most condos, there is plenty of extra parking in the lot.

Dog friendly building for up to 2 dogs under 25lbs each, there is a grassy area up front to walk them. We are dog people too! Please inquire for pet approval before booking.

Open floor plan leads to dining area with balcony and seating for 8, enjoy dinner with beach views and breezes. Comfy large living room with 60" tv and floor to ceiling slider across the back. Living room sofa opens to a queen size bed, and we have a memory topper for extra comfort. Master bedroom has king sized bed, his/hers closets, 50" tv, and floor to ceiling sliders opening to the huge balcony. Luxurious master bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower, and corner jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed, private bath, TV, and beach view. 3rd bedroom has full sized bunk bed. 3rd full bathroom is in the hall with walk-in shower. Separate laundry room and printer here for your convenience.

Everything you need will be provided, including fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, all linens including beach towels, extra sheets, cable, wifi, printer. Downstairs, a shared garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, floats, umbrellas, and even a kayak for your enjoyment.

In Redington Shores, situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach, you’ll find a mix of residential homes and condominiums - much quieter than the touristy Clearwater Beach, but with plenty of charm and restaurants and shops. La Vistana is walking distance to 6 restaurants, seafood market, bike/paddleboard rental, and a convenience store. 35 min from Tampa airport. 5 minutes south is John’s Pass and Boardwalk with more restaurants, shops, fishing charters, jetski rentals.
