We had a great time. The house was great! There was a wonderful couple that stayed in the smaller apartment on the property and we enjoyed talking with them in the evenings. Trevor was great with communication and solving problems quickly. We hope to be back!

We have used this property twice in the last eight months and we love it anytime we return to Saint Augustine. We will continue to try to book it. It’s quiet, clean well stocked and just comfortable.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience at the Cottage. From the very beginning of our booking, communication was outstanding. Trevor was very responsive. We had one little hiccup with the lock on check in but it was resolved immediately. The property itself was exactly as described and better. It was very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. There was coffee and tea, a basket of little snacks, cotton balls and swabs, cleaning supplies including laundry detergent.I highly recommend this property when visiting St Augustine.

Gorgeous property and extremely clean. I would agree with a previous comment that the neighborhood is up and coming but great ambience and cafes nearby. The host is excellent and readily available.

Beautiful updated home with character

The home is beautifully uodated to modern times, and still has some of the original character from the original build. Theres nothing you need to bring. We had a wonderful time in it with no problems. So we didnt need to contact our host. So glad we chose this listing.
