Stunningly situated overlooking Douglas Lake, this resort cabin brings the ease, comfort, and style of brand-new construction to a classic Tennessee landscape. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or unwinding in the hot tub at sunset, you'll do it all with a commanding view of the lake below. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming at the community beach, or fishing and boating with a public boat access just a short drive away.

This two-story home is part of Lake Haven Cabin Resort, a newly developed community on the south shore of Douglas Lake. It's a beautiful spot for hiking, bike-riding, and fishing for largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. Get out on the lake at Indian Creek Boat Dock (10 miles) or Gator Point Dock (11 miles), or venture into Pigeon Forge for a day of shopping or riding the coasters at Dollywood (17 miles). Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 22 miles south as well.

Built in 2023, this cabin was beautifully designed and decorated in a modern-farmhouse style. Step inside to find lofty ceilings, bright and airy rooms, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather around the eat-in dining table for nightly dinners, or head down the road to barbecue and dine alfresco at the picnic tables in the community's blufftop grilling area.

Spend your evenings admiring the sunset in cushioned seats on the deck, stargazing in the hot tub, or curling up by the electric fireplace to watch movies via cable and streaming. In addition to the two bedrooms (both with TVs, attached bathrooms, and direct access to the deck), there's a lovely sleeping loft upstairs. The loft/game area has a variety of classic games available to keep the guests entertained for hours. Choose from more active and exciting games like foosball, push hockey, billiards, ping pong, basketball, bowling, shuffleboard, horseshoes, chess, checkers, backgammon, tic tac toe, ring toss, poker, and dice. Let’s continue the fun with an amazing 4-to-score giant game set! 4-in-a-row game, shooting game, and ring game for more entertainment.
More games available are classic favorites including Checkers, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Backgammon, dice games, and more. Sit back and relax while you watch your favorite shows and movies on the big 50' screen TV. And don't forget to enjoy the amazing view of Douglas Lake while making dinner on the new grill.

With your reservation, enjoy one FREE Ticket to each of these attractions: Paula Dean's Lumberjack Dinner Show, Wonderworks, Smoky Mountain Observation Wheel, NASCAR Speedpark, Rocky Mountain Coaster and Skyland Ranch (a $205.00 Value) as well as Exclusive Discounted Tickets to Anakeesta, Hatfield & McCoy, Dolly's Stampede, Comedy Barn and more.

I had to do some cleaning before it felt comfortable.
I called and text to asked if i could use the double decker dock . One person said yes and one said no . Confusing .Everything was very dusty even the bed covers. My daughter got eat up by dust mites not to mention there were spiders in her sheets when i was stripping the beds. The floors were dirty , my feet were black . There wasn't enough trash bags. Games up stairs were missing a lot of pieces/parts . The deck on the opposite side of the hot tub is settling bad enough that on the inside of the bedroom room ceiling is settled as well. There were stains on a couple of pillow cases. And we found a push pop ice cream wrapper and casing in the fold out bed in the living room. Theres always room for improvement. I feel like the only kind of cleaning this house gets is from the previous renters. This cabin needs a detailed cleaning.

Vacasa let us down
There were some minor issues with the property, though the largest issue was the hot tub. IWe communicated that there were issues with Vacasa; issues were never resolved. I asked for a slight refund follow up was never made. We will not utilize that company ever again

Loved it.
For my daughter’s birthday trip. It was an amazing stay. The neighborhood could use more lighting however it is a new residential area. Love the patio.

Perfect getaway
This is the perfect getaway! It’s about a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge & 45-50 from Gatlinburg/Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin is very modern cabin has great lake views. The neighborhood is still under construction so Google Maps & Waze did not pull up the address, but Apple Maps does have it. If you’re a person who likes morning runs, you’ll have amazing views and the roads are very hilly so it’s also a great challenge. Overall, I would definitely recommend this cabin.
