This 4 BR, 4.5 BA house is perfect for entertaining your guests! Come into our spacious open floor plan. You feel like you are at a local pub within the comforts of your own home. Entertain with two dishwashers, large ice machine, wine refrigerator, a second mini refrigerator, and multiple trash and recyclable bins that pull out just under the six seating island bar. The great room is 22' x 28'. The wrap around deck has plenty of seating overlooking a large patio with a basketball hoop. The kids can enjoy a fenced in yard. Spacious Gatering place for friends

Hosts were very informative and responsive to our questions. Kitchen was fully equiped to meet the needs of a group of foodies. Close to Navy stadium, an easy 20 minute walk. Will book again if we find ourselves in that area again.

Perfect Home For Commissioning Week

There were eight adults in our family, who stayed in this home with us for our son’s Commissioning week. There was so much space to spread out, and at the same time, it was cozy enough for everyone to enjoy meals and downtime as a group. I loved having coffee on the back porch swing every morning, listening to the birds! Everything we needed was nearby… Fitness Center, post office, Graul's grocery store, Naval Bagels, drug store, and of course the stadium (we had some family in their 70s and 80s, so we didn’t walk, but that would’ve been an option otherwise… only 20 minutes away). It was a wonderful week!

Family Wedding

We stayed at this beautiful home for a local family wedding which took place at Historic London Town & Gardens. The home was very close to the venue and to the hotels where extended family resided within Annapolis. The home was spacious and well-appointed. It was perfect for our group; we slept 6 family members here but we could have had 10. We absolutely loved the Great Room. The beds were very comfortable; the double kitchen amenities were many! I loved that the home was peaceful. Also, there is ample parking if needed. We would have loved to spend more time there to enjoy the back yard but we were just too busy with wedding festivities. We would return to this home in a heartbeat; the owners were wonderful at communication and gracious hosts.

Graduation Week

We were an extended family of grandparents, parents and two brothers of a graduating midshipman at the Naval Academy, looking for a comfortable, convenient house for graduation week in Annapolis. This house fit the bill. From the initial contact to the final checkout, the members of the owning family with whom we had contact were accommodating and helpful. The house has a large amount of open space and easy access to a deck and enclosed yard in the back that comfortably handled a large number of additional family and friends who attended a gathering following the graduation ceremony. We drove to the graduation at the Stadium and didn’t measure the distance, but the walk would have been a test for many visitors. The owning family lives in the house and gave it up for that special occasion, so the house had everything we needed for the week.

Annapolis is a very short Uber or drive away. All bedrooms are adequate for adults or couples. Nice neighborhood and property with plenty of living room / kitchen space for socializing with friends

Amazing Home with A+ Location

Erin’s house was the perfect place for a beautiful little staycation for my friends as we attended a wedding. Great place to entertain.

This property was the perfect fit for my needs. I was in town for a function at the Naval Academy. It is about a 10 minute drive to the campus. I hosted a seafood boil in the great room for my family and it was the perfect space for entertaining. We had about 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a great wrap around deck that allowed some to enjoy lunch outside. The kids enjoyed the swing on the deck and the basketball court in the back. It was easy to communicate with Erin. Great all around experience.

Convenient & Spacious

We loved our stay in this wonderful Annapolis home. The first floor is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. Our grandsons loved playing in the finished basement and backyard. There was ample room to spread out, and the extension is an ideal setup with a long bar, two undercounter refrigerators, sink, additional dishwasher, and ice maker. It was easy to get to grocery stores and it was a short drive to downtown. We could even walk to the stadium. The owners were very easy to deal with, responding quickly to emails and inquiries. Highly recommend it!

Why they chose this property

We love that we live so close to everything! We are right off West street. It is a 10 min walk to the Naval Stadium and a mile and a half to the Academy. You will love our quiet street and friendly neighbors!

What makes this property unique

We have a basketball court in the backyard that every age will love! We love to entertain and I promise you will love entertaining in our home! We built this home for entertaining. We have a large family and friends and everyone always comes to the fun house.
