Walk to the Beach!

Susan and Mike were excellent hosts for our summer trip. Very responsive and kind. We had our adult kids/grandbabies staying elsewhere in DP. This home was the ideal gathering place for family time. The kitchen was well-equipped, the home office was ideal for remote work, and there were smart TVs in every room. The upstairs bonus room provided nice views and a great open space for gathering. Note: this is a family's well-loved home that is being refreshed, not a corporation-owned rental property. It is pet-friendly (which we appreciated) as the owners also have pets. That said, the owners provided ample closet space, pantry space, a completely clean and empty refrigerator, newer appliances, newer mattresses on most beds, and optional weekly cleaning services. The backyard was a lovely bonus!

Amazing comfortable home in our favorite community of Niguel Shores! Walk to the beach through beautiful neighborhood. Swimming pool, spa and pickleball right in community. Kitchen is well stocked and home is equipped with pretty much all you need! Master is extra large with nice bathroom. Master shower is definitely unique. Maybe not for elderly people but there are three other showers to use in this home also. One has a tub for little ones which came in handy for my grand baby. All bathrooms are clean and stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Big family room upstairs with bar and powder room was great for movie nights. We were so grateful to be able to have our golden doodles with us. Large grass backyard with bbq was perfect! This is not your typical VRBO. This is a well loved home. Mike and Susan are very nice and super responsive and helpful when needed. We had 4 generations of family with us and made some great memories. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
