Located on the ground floor at Kona Plaza Condominiums, Unit 107 is newly remodeled & just steps away from downtown Kailua Historic Village & the Kailua Pier. Decorated with a taste of Hawaii that will set the mood to kick start your Hawaiian adventures. Fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy stay. Grab a "little" "something" refreshing & take advantage of the two Sundecks & BBQ area's located on the 3rd & 4th Floor. Take time to enjoy a 'quick dip' in our pool before strolling out to enjoy some of our wonderful restaurants while taking in Kona's lovely sunset. Welcome to the Big Island of Hawaii friends.

Absolutely fabulous. One block from the pier, beach and restaurants. Very safe and secure. Awesome amenities, wonderful welcome basket, with candies, fresh fruit, and cookies, even cold bottled water in the refrigerator. I will very much plan to stay there again, and will recommend it to all my family and friends…

Excellent stay, lovely condo! Really thoughtful amenities (the random-but-just what you need: q-tips, bleach wipes, an iron and ironing board, beach umbrella, a hot water kettle, etc—you’ll discover it at this incredibly hospitable and well-stocked place). Others have mentioned the great location, and it really is: convenient walking to most of downtown Kona, easy access to the first-floor unit, easy highway access. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and the decor is really cute and very comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

This location was so fabulous - right in the heart of Kona and next to all our favorite places to eat and shop! The condo itself was laid out very nicely and very comfortably. Part of the parking lot is under construction and being downtown means you sometimes hear downtown noise and neighbors, but nothing more than what you would expect with this location. The check in and check out process was straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to come down Hanama Pl.
