Outside Garden Level Patio with outdoor seating - can only be accessed from inside the unit. Please note there is no parking on site.
With Urban living comes urban noises. Some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. As mentioned condo is on the garden level so to get to and from the unit there are approximately 8 steps to go up/down.
Guest Access: **Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025** Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including metered street parking and parking garages.
Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.
Parking Garages (Recommended): Hardy Garage – 303 East State St. Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance). Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St. Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM. Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays. Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.

Location was amazing! This property was as expected. We parked to unload right by the property and kept our car in the hardy garage during our stay. We didn't have any issues and the response time was quick. We would book this again!

Modern State Unit 1S is an excellent option for a Traverse City getaway. Located in a recently constructed building, the unit is comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Its convenient location allows for easy access to numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance within a safe neighborhood.
This is a wonderful unit if visiting Traverse City. The modern unit was comfortable and felt like home with all of the amenities that I needed. Parking is provided by Golden Swan which is not included with other units in the same building. The location to downtown is incredible.
We had a last minute change of plans and found this place. Great location!!! No onsite parking but that wasn’t bad. We were concerned about the construction noise but we hardly heard that at all and it was never loud enough that we even noticed. Would book again!
