This was a great place to stay, clean and quiet. Everything you need for being in the heart of all the events in Traverse City. Go get a parking pass at the office on state street. It's 75 for a month. We only stayed a week but event parking can easily exceed that after a few days. The building parking never had an open spot.

Great stay, great locay

Great condo with all the amenities. Clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, theaters and shops. We both recommend and will book again.

We had a great time in Traverse City and this was an amazing place and location. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Only gave four stars because of miscommunication from property manager about parking, and the washer/dryer had a musty smell which was noticeable. Otherwise, it was a very clean and well-maintained property.
