The spacious master suite offers direct access to your lanai and features a King bed, a walk in closet and shower, and cable TV. The two guest bedrooms have cozy Queens for an occupancy of 6 guests. Walk down to boutique stores, restaurants, live music, and one of the pools. Or meander over to the clubhouse that has sports courts, a heated pool, and a gym. Walk to the marina where you can rent boats, bikes, and kayaks. Do it all - or do nothing at all - in this idyllic vacation getaway! There is an HOA application. This is a property with a private clubhouse that you will have access to with this HOA approval. The clubhouse includes a heated pool, sports courts, a gym, and BBQs. It takes up to 20 days for approval by the HOA.
