This property is beautiful, quiet, and strategically located close to everything. This is truly an amazing location. in a very quiet spot, located right on the park, with lots and lots of restaurants, bars, shopping at your disposal.
Close to everything in town you want to see, and a short drive to the beaches, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Ft Myers Beach., local golf courses.
We are truly fortunate to be able to share our home with you!

You are on a direct access, no bridge canal that is VERY CLOSE to the river and the gulf.
Park your boat on the Captain's Walk right outside your Lanai. in the back of the canal so no boat traffic passing to deal with. Idle out to big water in 3 or 4 minutes.
