WALKING DISTANCE FROM BEACH W VIEWS. DOG FRIENDLY
This home has many balconies for you and your group to enjoy the sunset and sunrise with a beautiful marsh view. This home is walking distance to a beach access point, this access point does not have a parking lot. There are many lots with beach access down the road from this home. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. We also provide a couple of beach chairs, beach toys/games, 3 bikes and 2 paddle boards with a launching point down the road.
The space
Guests can enjoy the view of the marsh from the high balconies. An outdoor shower for convenience after a day at the beach

This is a town house so guests have access to the entire left side of the unit.
Other things to note
The neighbor has a 2 dogs who are occasionally outside on their balcony and bark when they see guests . Dog fee is $100 for one .This fee is charged the evening before your stay begins. Always keep you dog leashed please to comply with town ordinance. Beach access is straight down the road to the right of the hotel, no parking available. The closest place to park for beach access is at OVR beach access (4min) or beach access #39 (5min) both use surfcast for paid parking. Free beach parking access is 14 min at Onslow beach access #2.Please no overnight guest who are not included in the reservation unless approved by the host. 2 PADDLE BOARDS AND 3 BIKES INCLUDED .Beautiful 2 story beach house with plenty of balconies to enjoy the view of the marsh. Left side unit of duplex. Multiple air purifiers. Beach: 4 minute walk. Outdoor shower and beach toys. After 8 guest there is a $50 fee/guest.Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Please follow instructions on the fridge for check out. We do not provide beach towels. Fits 3 cars in driveway. When using the paddle board please make sure you check the PSI. It should be a 15
