• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

The host’s communication was excellent. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The short distance to town was such a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay with the family. The place was very clean and roomy. The 1st night the upstairs lost power and we contacted the host 1st thing in the morning and within the hour a service man was there and the power was restored. We appreciated that very much. Very close to downtown and the drive took only minutes and lots and lots of shops and restaurants nearby to choose. We literally saw bears everyday by the property and near the property. That was truly amazing. Thanks Chris for being a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate cabin. The cabin was spotless and brand new. Everything was comfortable and each bedroom having it's own bath was super convenient! The master bath is amazing and toiletries were even provided.
The game room was well loved by us all, the video games and air hockey were a big hit with our son!
It is just off the parkway, with a couple of cabins close by but still felt private. The proximity to the parkway does let you get places faster.
Hot tub was fantastic and clean.
We had a small tech difficulty with the wifi which we were quickly helped with.
Would definitely stay again!
The house is beautifully furnished and new, it looked just like the online photos. Our kids were thrilled with the game room even more than the hot tub! The location was fantastic, close to everything but with peace and quiet. The outdoor seating was comfortable, clean and in great shape.
Having the washer/dryer was super convenient and I always appreciate it when homes have luggage stands so we don’t have to keep luggage on the floor!
There were several cleanliness items that kept me from giving this a 5 star review. I found several dark hairs on the pillows in the master bedroom and a clump of dark hair on one of the towels. There was something that looked like toothpaste or lotion on the wall next to the mirror in the master, and a reddish brown (blood?) stain on the master rug in front of the tv. In the upstairs bedrooms, the pillows intended for use had decorative shams on them that had makeup on them. We found extra pillows but no extra pillowcases.
A few minor additions could make this home even better, things like hooks in the bathrooms for towels, kleenex boxes rather than travel packs of Kleenex and basics like salt/pepper.
