In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and four cozy chairs, large flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The light-filled dining area offers a long table with seating for ten. The stunning gourmet kitchen showcases marble countertops, large island with bar seating for four, Subzero refrigerator, Wolf oven, microwave, and gas range, a wine refrigerator, and access to the pool deck.

The first floor offers 3 bedrooms, including two suites. The first primary suite features a king bed, chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, private deck overlooking the marsh, and bathroom with two vanities, soaking tub, and shower. The secondary suite offers a king bed, two cozy chairs, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower. A queen bedroom features a flat-screen TV, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. The other bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (offering 4 twin beds), two cozy chairs for reading or watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The home’s private pool is approximately 37ft x 13ft and overlooks the marsh. The deck offers lounge chairs, a table with seating for 6, and a gas grill. The screened porch features a floating sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Additionally, an area of the lower level has been converted to a game room enclosed by decorative curtains and contains two comfortable chairs, rugs, and several game tables. There is a combination ping pong/air hockey table, a foosball table, and magnetic darts among other games.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 13' W x 37' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
