Perched on the top floor of the building, this highly desirable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condominium features an expansive private balcony with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Atlantic. Whether you’re enjoying sunrise with a cup of coffee or settling in as the waves roll beneath you, this retreat offers a serene and memorable coastal experience.

Pool Status Update

The pool area is currently undergoing renovation and is expected to reopen in summer 2026. Please check back for updates or contact me directly for the latest status. Guests remain steps from the beach, and several public and private pool options are available nearby.

Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully updated. The renovated kitchen includes modern appliances and ample space for cooking. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, and the living room sofa pulls out into an additional queen bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Had a great time at this place it felt like home loved being on the 12th floor you could see everything it was beautiful would definitely stay at this property again everybody at the property was very nice and kind and any questions I had was answered pretty quickly

Fantastic ocean-front view with spacious balcony. Kitchen was equipped with everything you will need -- coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of clean plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, king-size bed, and bathroom w/ shower. Highly recommend!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This rental was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The property is right on the beach with a pool that was best suited for a family with active kids and to avoid lugging chairs, toys, coolers etc. down to the beach everyday; instead we were able to make lunch, use indoor bathroom facility and alternate between clean sandy beaches and elevated pool facility. The addition of the grocery store within walking distance was a wonderful bonus. We can't wait for our next stay!

Beautiful beach side condo

We had such an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect for seeing Daytona Beach and had an incredible ocean view, especially from the top floor. The condo was spacious and spotless, plus the kitchen made planning dinners a breeze. It had everything we needed. Great communication with the host as well, super helpful and responsive. We hope to come back next year!

Awesome view, clean beach, quiet, ample amenities, covered garage parking, security features, great host, grocery and food choices close, shopping short drive. King bed comfortable firmness, queen bed on soft side. 2 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided ( rental on beach is expensive), well stocked kitchen, Keurig and coffee maker options, access to balcony from living area and master bedroom. Reasonable priced. Greg and his brother, Jeff were very accommodating with requests. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Great location, exceptional view!

Our stay started with a in-person greeting and welcome to the area. We were shown exactly where to go and how to get to the unit. The best part--opening the blinds to see the most breathtaking view of the ocean! Greg was great with communicating, and we discovered one of the beach chairs was broken, he immediately worked with us to replace! The unit was equipped with starter paper towels and dish soap and other amenities which was really nice! We greatly enjoyed our week and cant wait to come back!!

About 10 years ago, my parents became snowbirds in the Daytona Beach area, and that’s when I first experienced the beauty of beachfront living here. Over time, they decided to settle more permanently and now call Port Orange home. Unlike larger complexes, our building has a smaller, close-knit atmosphere where guests can feel at home. We have a live-in office manager and maintenance professional who are always available to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any needs that arise. Many of the units are occupied by full-time residents, adding to the welcoming and friendly environment.

Additionally, the condo itself stands out with its top-floor location, offering some of the largest private balconies in the area with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s a peaceful retreat that combines modern updates—like a newly renovated kitchen and high-speed dedicated internet—with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home.
