Welcome to paradise! Our redecorated seventh floor south facing corner condominium offers spectacular views in all directions from the common spaces of a large living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. You'll fall in love with the newly furnished double width ocean view decks!

This home has three spacious bedrooms with flat screen TV's, each having a private bath. A large foyer entry greets you as you enter your ocean front oasis. Entry closets are stocked with beach chairs, towels and toys to keep guests entertained. Our fully equipped kitchen will leave the cook in the family smiling :) This condo includes a private laundry area and walk in pantry to add to your vacation convenience.

Guests have use of the recreational areas including an ocean-side heated pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle board court and a sauna for relaxation. There is also a nicely equipped exercise room for all guests and residence to use.

We offer the use of our personal beach bikes to our guests, this will save you 100's of dollars in bike rental fees!

About Glenaris and Barry Arvold

We bought our first Shores Club Condo, a two bed rm unit #706 in 2011; 2016 we sold that unit and bought the corner unit #707 from a dear elderly couple that called it home. This unit had never been in the rental program. With a bit of updating and decorating it is in very nice condition. We are Minnesotans who love to travel. We fell in love with Shores Club for the beach, views and NON- DRIVING BEACH. The difference between 2 & 3 bd rms is more than the sleeping capacity. Our 7th floor corner condo offers double the windows for views and double the ocean balcony space You will love this place like we do! In our travels from Maine to Key West, Texas to Mexico, Vancouver to California, Jamaica, Puerto Rico the Caribbean Islands, New Zealand, or the Sea of China we have not found a nicer beach than what we call the front yard of this property! We still have a few working years ahead of us before we can become full time snowbirds and we would love to share our home away from our Minnesota home with you.

The Shores Club offers morning sunrises from the Master bed room and common Kitchen, Dinning and Living Room spaces. It is a well run vacation property with on-site management. When in the Daytona Beach area it is nice to drive on the beach, but while staying at out beach home you'll have no worries for you or the kids as driving is not permitted in front of The Shores Club which affords you privacy and safety. We are close to shopping, charter fishing, scuba diving, sailing, casual to fine dining options, art museums, cultural events and many places of worship. The Daytona Speedway, home of the Daytona 500 is just a 15 minute drive away. Ponce Inlet lighthouse with it's historic museum and a Sea Turtle Hospital & Museum is 10 minutes to the south of us.

What makes this condo unique

Ocean front balconies facing east, Intracoastal balcony facing west afords crazy, amazing views with lounging and dining furniture on your private balconies for sunrise, sunsets or anytime of the day. When it is to windy on one side you can always opt for the opposite deck view and weather that is agreeable :)

Perfect beach vacation for our family

We had an incredible experience. From the moment we made our reservation, the owners were incredibly accommodating. We received great information leading up to our visit. We had all the information we needed. As for the condo...perfect. Beach access/facilities... perfect. Friendliness of neighbors... perfect. The is not one aspect of this visit we would need to see improved. As a family of 4, we couldn't have been happier with our VRBO experience in Daytona Beach Shores. Barry and Glenaris are what every VRBO experience should be like!!!

The property was absolutely stunning and peaceful

We were very impressed with this condo. It was stocked with everything we would need plus more. The property was well secured, so we felt very safe during our stay. Everything was extremely clean, and the surrounding tenants were very friendly. We are very grateful we found this place! Wonderful family memories were created and will last a lifetime! Thank you!!

Great home away from home

What a great place to stay. There is literally anything you need. To games, utensils etc. they have a book of things to do that is so detailed. Down to descriptions with mileage.

Glen is so nice. Anything we needed she was there. When we come back to Daytona this will definitely be the place. Thank you for such great hospitality

Condo with great views

The unit was very clean and we had plenty of room to stretch out. Very spacious. Close enough to all the action with out all the noise. It was nice having our own assigned parking space. The beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to renting this unit again in the near future. The owners were great to work with for all of our needs. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Great location, beach and lovely condo.

Condo has a great beach view, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. The heated pool was refreshing. Liked the large living room and sitting on the deck in the sun for breakfast.

In order to keep housekeeping charges as low as possible for our renters, the following policies are in place: On departure, all dishes must be clean and all linens washed, except for bedding. No more than two loads of laundry should be left. A charge of $25 per load will be made on any additional laundry - no exceptions.

THIS UNIT IS NON-SMOKING. This unit is also PET FREE.

The lease may not be sublet and there will be no overcrowding; there is a maximum limit of 8 people in all three bedroom units.

Lessee agrees to obey the rules of the Condominium.

There is a $75 charge for each key or garage opener that is not returned at check-out. Keys MUST be returned at check-out to avoid fees.

To book a reservation, the renter must by 25 years of age or older. To check-in, the renter checking in must be 25 years of age or older.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
