Perfect beach getaway! We loved that the beach was just walking steps from the door and it was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The property was clean and as described. The only thing that was somewhat troublesome was the parking as we got parked in on the day we were leaving. Other than that, our family had a great stay!

A Good Week!

Overall, the property was pretty great. The view, location, size were all awesome. The beds were super comfortable. The balcony was the perfect spot to relax and have your coffee or listen to the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I cooked a majority of the trip. Being able to just go to back and forth to the beach when needed was so convenient. The parking situation wasn't my favorite. This units designated spot required me to parallel park around 2 other vehicles to get out every time. I would have parked in the designated lot across the street, but there is nowhere for you to put any of your beach gear when you return from the beach. So I needed to store our stuff in the trunk of my car every day. Unless you want to carry it all up the steps and through the unit. For most, this is no big deal, but being a single mom with 3 small children, it would have been a lot to lug all of our things up the steps, or across the street, with them in tow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the unit itself was great.

Beach Trip

I loved it . Very nice people to rent from. Shower curtain fill and they was right there to fix it. Great ocean front views. Easy to get to the beach. Easy to get around town, very close to the boardwalk. Great food all around. As far as price it was well worth what it cost me for a week. We eat in a lot it was so nice to come from beach and make our food and eat. But it was nice to eat out too. Over all great place to go. The beach was nice and clean there.

Nice Stay

A colleague and I were in town for a work conference. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the view and relaxing on the deck with an ocean view. Parking was a bit tight under the home and in the back space, but we managed fine. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Quick beach get away

It was a quick get away. Great views and cute place. Only downfall would be that the upstair guests sounded like elephants walking around at all hours of the night and very early morning.

Perfect trip

We had a great time. I don’t understand why you can’t leave a parking pass in the condo though instead of going by the office. Other than that it was perfect.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay, we spent every day at the beach, convenient walk to and from the beach. The home was clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach, just as described. The kitchen was pretty stocked, we had brought some extras thinking we might need them but ended up not using them! Very satisfied!

We really enjoyed the room and the convenience to the beach. It was very close to the boardwalk where there was so much to do with the little ones.

We had an amazing pre-season stay! Ocean views for days. The condo was immaculate and I think we were the first tenants that benefitted from some off season upgrades. Five stars all around. :)

The place was not clean, roaches and ants on floor and cabinets, had to call maintain to repair sliding glass door, repair shower head, shower faucet repair. Furniture in den OLD and hurt back to sit on it! We heard squeaking bed was a horrible sound for 2 night AND not having an elevator for people who have had hips and knees replaces. WORST RENTAL and rented from Bryant Reality.WE HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF $1054.07 IMMEDIATELY.!Jerry/Joyce Deal

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and had beautiful ocean views! Kitchen appliances and couch could use an update but didn’t bother us too much. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted to find the rental in great condition, the pictures look great online, but in actuality the property is even nicer. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. I did not see much in the way of bakeware so if you’re planning on bringing a box of brownies, bring an aluminum pan. We’ve stayed on CB a number of times over the year and really appreciated this location more than those we’ve stayed that are further down past the hotels. The beach is less crowded, plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk area is about a 15 minute walk which is pleasant along the beach with the breeze. Parking costs $5 an hour or $20 a day at the public lots and spaces available near restaurants and other activities. We had no problems with WIFI, appliances, etc. great water pressure in showers. The balcony is worth the price alone.

Beach Vacation Not my kind of beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina beach was a beautiful beach however the overcrowding of houses and condos made for a claustrophobic feel. Also parking in the town area was $5 an hour so going to restuarants and the amusement area was an added expense not expected expense. While the description of our rental indicated everything was close, they were a mile away so walking was not optimal. Beach access was wonderful and ocean views spectacular. Condo could use some updates especially in living room furniture which was very uncomfortable.

Great condo with plenty of room and beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It truly has everything you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. It could use a little updating, but this didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. Has a great deck overlooking the ocean and a balcony overlooking the street and other houses.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, great location, the number of beds was a plus but... the bunk needs some kind of box spring or wood plank or something to quiet the squeaking. It was so obnoxious, it kept everyone in that room awake as any little movement made for very loud noises.

Mini vacation rivals other vacations

The peace that we felt is indescribable. The rooms were larger than expected. The atmosphere was soothing to the soul. We already want to go back. And this is from folks who usually do not stay anywhere without a pool & elevator. Everything else made up for that. Looking to book again for another weekend next month if schedules permit.
