Complex amenities include: deeded beach access, lake with pier and gazebo, a beautiful pool (with bathrooms), lounge chairs, and a BBQ area. Condo features include: tile floors, full size washer/ dryer, WIFI, sleeps 6, well-equipped kitchen, ground level unit. Located behind Fin & Fork, convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, golf, miniature golf, go-karts, & arcade!

The Space:
Beautiful lake views from the living area and balcony of unit 105. Romar Lakes is across the street from the beach but there is deeded beach access and a traffic signal (crosswalk) making beach access easy. With a queen in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, this condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Condo includes: full sized Washer/ Dryer, well-quipped kitchen, WIFI, sheets, bathing towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We will provide a starter set of amenities like you find at a hotel. They include: one roll of paper towels, small bar of soap, small tube of shampoo & conditioner along with one roll of TP in each bathroom. This isn't meant to last for your entire stay.

The Neighborhood:
Romar Lakes is near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. This condo sits on a small lake. The small lake is stocked with bass.

To get to the beach, you walk across the parking lot, cross the street at the lighted crosswalk, and walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We recommend bringing a cart to haul stuff to and from the beach.
