Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this 3 bedroom, 4 season cottage. This property has all home amenities, a screened in porch, picnic table, fire pit and includes the use of the paddleboat and kayaks .
Fill your summer with swimming , fishing and kayaking without leaving your yard. Winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing nearby, snowshoeing, and ice fishing. Local hiking trails are just steps from your driveway.
Within a 10 minute drive there are superb restaurants, local shopping, outlet stores and access to NH Route 93. A mere 20 minute drive will bring you to Concord, the capitol of NH or New Hampshire Speedway in Loudon or Meadowbrook (Bank of NH Pavilion) for outdoor concerts to name a few of the attractions.
This rental is on a small, dead-end road in a very quiet section of town. There is a small park at end of the street with a playground and boat launch.

Lovely Cottage

We loved everything about it, especially the canoe and kayaks and paddle boat. It was very clean and cozy. The bottled water Dale left for us was very sweet and appreciated. It was a great week!

Hello Dale, I want to be truthful here... The cottage was clean and comfortable, we slept well, it was quiet enough. I wasn't expecting to hear Highway I-93 from the cottage when the sliding doors were open. The place was well stocked with bottled water, pots, pans and dishes and silverware. There was one night that was windy and rainy, when we just wanted to sit back and watch a movie which was hard because the smart TV that was in the living room was the only TV and was just a little bigger than my laptops screen up in the corner of the room up near the ceiling on a bookshelf too far away from any of the seating to see clearly not to mention the slow internet buffering every other minute... We ended up setting up my laptop on one of the end tables in front of the double recliner and using my phones hot spot for internet connection... Thanks,Danny

Great Cozy Stay

We loved our stay at the Cottage and were fortunate enough to be their first guests! The home was small but easily fit all five of us! There were only a few hiccups but the owners were very responsive. We would definitely rent again when in the area. A perfectly cozy cabin next to a beautiful pond.

Wonderful cottage, wonderful lake!

We loved our stay at Dale’s adorable cottage. Lake was so warm and inviting. We enjoyed kayaking most days and being so close to Tilton, we had restaurants and a movie theater nearby for evenings. Very well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and good pans which you don’t usually find at beach cottages! Dale very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spot on the lake

The cabin is on a beautiful spot and well set up, there was plenty of space for the five of us. Just like others said the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with good pots/pans and knives which we really appreciated. The views of the lake are stunning from this spot. The kids loved the park at the end of the street, they spent hours playing on the playground and swimming/fishing off the dock. Dale has several boats to use and the kids got a huge thrill out of going out on the pedal boat. This is a great spot with lots to do on and near the lake and Dale is a fantastic host! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation spot!

What a relaxing home...

This house is excellent. All the things people have said before... beds are comfortable, place was clean, Dale is a great host. The first contact with Dale was him telling us he setup a canopy so all the pine needles wouldn't fall over the truck. Such a great help with that! But that screened in porch overlooking the lake could be one of the best places my wife, kids, and I have ever gathered in. We played cards out there and just enjoyed it from the moment we woke up until it was pitch black outside. Dale also has kayaks and a paddle boat that we took all around the lake and even did some fishing from them. Overall, such a great time at the house. Dale, you are such a great guy and I hope your grandkids continue to ice fish on that lake! Hopefully, we can find a chance to rent it during the winter. All the best to you!
