Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this luxurious ocean-view home, located just more than one mile away from both Tamarack State Beach and Carlsbad Village. Start the morning with a nearby coffee shop and then take a refreshing dip in the resort-style pool (with safety fence) or relax in the hot tub. On the two levels of this up-scale interior, there is a king suite with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, a cozy ocean-view living room, and a family room with Netflix streaming on all the TVs, including a 65-inch TV with 7.1 home theater system. Enjoy a game room fitted with a foosball table, pool table, and board games, and a tabletop arcade. Home chefs will revel in the newly installed range oven and the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Complete the perfect evening with an alfresco feast prepared in the stainless steel BBQ grill and then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Pool and spa heat work on same heat system so only one can be heated at a time.
Pool heats at about 1 degree per hour.

I host small intimate retreats around the country, usually 3 per year. Two of them always being in San Diego where I reside. This house was quite possibly the best I've stayed & hosted at. Fabulous space. Beautiful outside deck, pool area and sunset views. The hosts were friendly and quick to reply with a WIFI question. I would recommend this house for a family/friend gathering or similar. Clean, Spacious & Plentiful Parking. Highly Recommend.

This property is beautiful and spacious. The resort style pool and hot tub with an outdoor kitchen made a perfect spot to relax with family. This house was a great place to stay for bringing kids and grandkids. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were great also. Awesome views sitting out of the front deck/patio each night. We also enjoyed the fire pit and cooking out on the grill almost every night.

The facilities have so much space and areas for hanging out. Beautiful views and some of our family were working remotely and had space that helped them get away. Wonderful kitchen — well equipped and great family dining room. Loved the hot tub!!!

Perfect location and property for my work retreat.

We had a family reunion. It was so nice to have so many king beds and bedrooms with their own baths. The location could not have been better. The house was so big and there were so many areas to gather. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game rooms. The kitchen was well appointed, which was important since we ate all our dinners together. The grill and outdoor kitchen was also really nice. We had a wonderful time at this wonderful house!

We rented this space for our team who was in town for a week of training in Carlsbad. We all had our own room and the location was easy to access. It is close to the store, freeway, and has a great view. The team enjoyed it very much! Great team building and less expensive than multiple hotel rooms.

I rented this house for my birthday weekend with ten friends and family. It was a great location and close to everything we would want. The house was large enough to hold all of us and was well stocked. The property manager had great communication and answered any questions we had. Annual get away

Once a year a group of 4 couples go away for a week to get together, eat,drink, golf, shop and other fun things. This year we went to opening day at Del Mar and to winery tour and dinne. The house was perfect for that. A little disappointed in the size of the bedrooms that were not the master. And tthe two up stairs had a small bath to share. Lots of gathering spaces. Big Kitchen. All in all a great place.

My Birthday Celebration

The property was fantastic! Spacious with a fantastic pool. We found out the speakers were disabled due to neighbors complaints. We were out by pool with music playing from a phone. A very loud rude voice rang out, startling everyone, saying he was trying to sleep 11(pm). He could have dine that a better less hostile way. It was a great stay and fantastic property, unfortunately, music is governed.

Perfect vacation rental

I needed a large home to accommodate family coming in town. This rental exceeded my expectations! Beautiful home that is well maintained, great layout for large groups and amazing outdoor entertaining space. My family was able to relax, enjoy lounging in the pool, outdoor barbecue, interior game room, reading a book and sneaking in a nap here and there. It was the perfect get away for our group of adults, teens and children. The property manager was easy to work with, checked in periodically to make sure there was no issues with the home and if we needed any assistance. The only bummer was not being able to bring our dog with us, in all fairness I never asked. Next time I would request to pay an additional deposit to have our pet with us. I would highly recommend this rental; you won't be disappointed.
