Beachfront Views from 2nd and 3rd Floor Balconies

If you love relaxing in the Florida sun and the water, this is for you. Enjoy yourself at our modern and updated 2bed/2bath, 1,200 SqFt condo with beach front views from 2nd (downstairs) and 3rd (upstairs) floor balconies. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom; 2nd full bath is downstairs. There are 2 pools (one heated) and the beach is a 4 minute walk away. We are centrally located off A1A Beach Boulevard in Anastasia Island and within 1 mile to many restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine.

The master bedroom has a king bed on the 3rd floor with a balcony with two chairs overlooking the ocean and a large TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

The unit has a full kitchen (including dishwasher and garbage disposal) and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The 3nd floor balcony is off the living room and overlooks the ocean too.

We’ve been staying at Ocean Villas for over 25 years in different condos and this was our favourite yet. The condo felt clean and had useful amenities we missed in other units, such as plug and usb ports beside the beds and chairs for the beach.This is one of the only condos on the right side that you can see the sunrise from in October which is another plus. It’s well shaded during the day which is a welcome break from the sun.The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with, thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Loved the location! Ease of walking to the beach is great. The pool is awesome. The condo is so clean,cozy and beautiful. The area is quiet and safe. Our first time to St. Augustine and it won’t be our last!

Paradise on Anastasia Island

The condo is perfectly situated on the island. 2nd and 3rd floor views of the pool and ocean are stunning. Waking up to the sunrise is spectacular. Condo is clean, cozy and pretty well equipped. A small cooler would have been nice to have and the king bed wasn't super comfortable, but location and amenities more than made up for this. We would certainly stay again. Thanks!

Relaxation with a view

Stayed for a week. Check in and communication were great. Well stocked condo. Upstairs layout is a little odd but ended up working out fine for us (and all the units in the complex on second floor have that same layout). Even included beach chairs etc. lots of nice small touches - welcome basket, coffee bar etc. Easy check out. We will definitely be back. Loved being to overlook pool and actually see the ocean with my morning cup of coffee.

Family Vacation

This was our second year staying in St. Augustine but first time in this condominium. This condo met all of our needs. The check in process was seamless, the condo was very clean and there were pool towels and beach chairs available for use, and the checkout process was just as simple as checking in. The appliances were new and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. They even had a great cable package (not that you need it, you’re at the beach! But the World Series was on… Go Vols!) The only thing I want people to be aware of (not bad, we didn’t need any accommodations) but that this condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. There is not an elevator to help you so if you require any form of accommodations for walking, you may need a downstairs unit to better suit your needs. This condo is on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor is where the bedrooms are. Again, beautiful condo in a great location. 10/10 recommend!
