Located only 300 feet from Crescent Beach’s powder-soft sand and turquoise waters, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a spacious, chefs kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a large private balcony for relaxing outdoors. Guests enjoy access to two heated pools, and a private beach area. Experience the beauty of Crescent Beach, known for its stunning shoreline and more peaceful atmosphere!

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No garage parking.
- No boats, motorcycles, golf carts, oversized or lifted trucks, RV’s, personal watercraft or any and all trailers are permitted to park on the premises.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Had a wonderful vacation, first time in Siesta Key. Beach and condo was beautiful. Ice maker and filter water was broken. Management co gave us some bags of ice and case of water. My suggestion is; Carpets need a deep clean. Also cleaning products are needed to keep up with cleaning. There was NOTHING to clean kitchen counters or bathrooms.

This property was as advertised. All new renovations. Have stayed at several condos at this property over several years. This unit is as nice as any we have been in. Property Management was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. Would absolutely stay here again.
