We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly what was stated on the listing. The management took very good care of us and went above and beyond to bring an additional fan to the condo. We were beyond grateful for there hospitality. The grounds were beautiful and we were grateful for the beach chairs that were provided by the condo community. The condo had an umbrella, so it made the beach very comfortable. The beach and ocean were beyond words it was a wonderful place to stay. We left some kid toys/rafts behind in hopes that other families will get to enjoy them in the future. Thank you for a spectacular trip, as we will certainly be back to this beach again in the future.

Overall an excellent experience. Property had all of the modern amenities we could need plus more. The view was impeccable. Process and communications great. We only had a minor issue with needing to clean the floor better. The black tiles of plastic on the lanai are leaving residue on shoes and feet then get tracking indoors. But it was manageable and minor in comparison to the rest. Location and proximity to local life, shopping and the best Ice cream south of Anna Maria Island!

Paradise!

Walking into this beautifully appointed condo, we were greeted with a gorgeous panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico; the same view could be seen from each of the bedrooms. Watching the sun go down while sitting on the screened-in porch was truly spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked from dish towels to utensils to wine openers to glassware, and everything appeared to be new. We had plenty of beach towels, which were of good quality. Beach chairs and lounges were readily available, and the beach was never crowded One of the pools overlooks the beach, although it should be noted that the water temperature was more like that of a sauna. Any issues that arose, which were few, were immediately addressed. We did not have a car and had no trouble getting an Uber. The binder left was a great help and was all encompassing from finding dog parks, to restaurants, to medical facilities. Towards our last day there was a notice about wearing wristbands. It wasn’t clear what these wristbands are made of or whether they had to be changed daily. We certainly hope to return to this piece of Paradise!

Itrip was very professional and informative. We have used them twice and can confirm they are very service oriented and easy to deal with. The property was clean and very well taken care of and the location was ideal. I would highly recommend them as your go to company for rental properties.

Great place right on the beach!

Nicely renovated unit with great access to the beach and great sunset views of the beach. There was however a problem with the master bed in which the agency attempted to correct.

Great location, right on the beach, condo was clean and neat, and in excellent condition. Accommodation was perfect for two (2) adult couples or small family.

Beach & Golf

A well-furnished apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. We really enjoyed the long walks on the beach and the wonderful rounds of golf on the nearby golf courses.

30 Day Stay

This property would have received a five star plus rating if properly managed. Upon arrival, the code provided did not work, and I had to wait outside the unit with all my luggage 45 minutes for management to get me inside the unit. Two hours later, I was locked out again upon returning back to the unit. Again I waited outside with a cart full of groceries another 45 minutes until management came to let me in. The batteries needed changed on the lock, and after that, I had no issues with that the entire stay. Additionally, upon entering the unit, the first time, it was obvious the unit was never cleaned. Since I did not want to wait until the next day to have it cleaned and did not want to spend the night in a dirty unit, I cleaned the entire place and washed all the linens that night. The management company did reimburse my cleaning charge, and were very responsive whenever I called. If someone would’ve walked the unit before releasing it to me, they would’ve noticed the condition of the lock and the uncleanliness, thereby eliminating both issues. Overall, the unit itself is beautifully remodeled and has everything one would need during their stay. The beach is fantastic and so easy to access, and there are many things within walking distance, by tram, or car.

Fantastic!!

Beautiful place, convenient location and the property manager was top notch. This was our first visit to Siesta Key and we are already looking forward to visiting again. Loved everything about it!!
