A large island with seating for seven offers the perfect spot for casual meals or socializing with loved ones. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight as well so there is plenty of space for everyone.

The Happy Heron now offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom exudes comfort and style, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of beachcombing or exploring.

The first guest bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds. It is a great room for young people and has multiple hooks for hanging as well as a closet. The hall bathroom is just outside the bunk room. The next bedroom features a king bed and ensuite powder room. The third king guest bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanities. The primary bedroom is large and spacious with ample seating, work space and ensuite bathroom with glass enclosure. The oasis everyone looks for on vacation. At the end of the hall is the laundry room with full size machines and plenty of beach towels for your stay.

In addition to the luxurious bedrooms, guests will appreciate the second living room with another large TV and doors to create a space away from it all when needed.

Step outside to discover the beautifully landscaped yard, complete with privacy fencing and a fenced-in doggie run area, perfect for your furry friends. A new outdoor dining set, seating eight, beckons you to enjoy al fresco meals under the warm Hilton Head sun. After a day of sand and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the spacious patio. The private pool and attached spa are there for you to enjoy. The pool features a sunning ledge as well. (Pool can be heated for an additional fee during parts of the year).
