Excellent location, right on Ali’i Dr in Kona for the Ironman. Walked multiple times to the Pier on Ironman race day, totally doable and can also watch the runners right from the front of the condo. Quiet, clean, excellent instructions and communication.

Great Location

Walking distance from downtown and the Green Flash Cafe next door made things convenient. Watching from the pool at sunset a momma humpback whale and her baby swim up the coast was icing on the cake.

Great Kona Condo

Loved our stay, only a couple issues with noise (to be expected in condo complex and being downstairs unit), and it is very bright so tough to sleep in. Nice pool, and easy walk to town.
