This place was perfect for our group. Having access to the beach, plenty of space to spread out, private bathrooms for almost every bedroom, and a very well equipped kitchen made the stay relaxing and comfortable.

The views from this property are beautiful. It worked well for our large group. Because we were there in the winter we were indoors more than normal. So for us the living space was small. However there are lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We did not use the pool so I have no opinion of it. Location is convenient you can walk to the grocery store.

Better beach rentals switched our house to the house besides us the day of check in. They did not make us aware until we tried to check in and another family was at the same house. The house was not identical to the one we booked. Rooms were different.

The house is spacious and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. However, the AC was not functioning properly and wasn’t fixed until the last day, in spite of letting the property manager know immediately. After multiple communications, they offered a 5% refund which was appreciated but not enough considering how much this impacted our stay.

Perfect choice!

Perfect choice for our large family! The home was amazing and more than ample size to accommodate everyone comfortably. Bedrooms and baths provided each couple privacy, while the dining/living area was PERFECT for large family dinners and game nights. Kitchen was more than well stocked for food prep and serving large groups. Beautiful ocean front views. Easy access to beach. My absolutely only wish was for a hose on the ground level or a foot wash in the outdoor shower.
