Had an amazing time. House is great. The pool was awesome and all the amenities were perfect. You can grill and sit in a screened in porch and relax. We had a blast.

The house was fantastic, updated interior with comfortable beds and big open floor plan for the living space. Easy walk to the beach and great sized pool for hanging in yard. The management company was the only thing that kept the review from being a 5 star review. When we arrived the pool was a bit dirty and had some dead frogs and lizard in it. There was a pool skimmer so clean up was easy. Small oversight but was compounded by lack of amenities in the home. We rented the house for 6 days and when we went to replace the trash can liner realized that there was not additional bags. I messaged the company and did not receive a response. 2 days later I asked again, and was told that the home came with a 'starter kit' for cleaning. We ended up having to take a trip to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent and trash bags as the "starter kit" was minimal, especially for the length of stay.A little extra touch or quicker communication would have made this great. The house is wonderful could just use a boost to amenities for a higher end property.

Girls trip

The house was beautiful, all remodeled, fresh, and very clean. Everything you need and thoughtful extras. Great location for Sullivans Island and IOP beaches, shops, and restaurants. We all felt very comfortable and had plenty of space.

Great family beach house

This was the perfect house for our family of 5. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach (although might be a little tough to cross main road with smaller kids, not a huge deal), we loved the location. It’s on the quieter south side of the island which we enjoyed. The house is renovated with a beach vacation in mind and kitchen is well stocked for baking, cooking, and grilling. Loved the pool and outside enclosed eating area. Would definitely rent again.
