Welcome to Poolside Paradise, in west bradenton near the manatee river, 15 minutes away from the beautiful gulf waters of Anna Maria Island, with parks and picnic areas, jet skis, parasailing, dolphin cruises, shopping, dining and of course endless beautiful beaches. Close to Palma solo causeway beach, with horseback riding and kayaking adventures. Head to downtown Bradenton for the riverwalk, restaurants, bars and museums. Don't forget village of the arts. After your fun in the sun, come home to your backyard paradise. Lounge around the lare heafted pool in a private setting surrounded by dozens of large palms and dense tropical landscaping. Have drinks poolside or in the screened porch, fire up the BBQ grill watch TV on a coverd deck and just chill with family and friends. Inside there are plenty of spaces to spread out with separate adult and children's areas. Six large flatscreen TVs. After a fun filled day, you'll appreciate a restful night's sleep on a comfortable bed. With 2 private ensuite king bedrooms, 2 private bedrooms and a bunkroom. Three of the bathrooms have walk in showers and the jhall bath has a tub and shower. Poolside Paradise is sanatized and cleaned to the highest standards. We work with our cleaning team to make sure the home, linen and towels are immaculate so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The house was designed and renovated purposefully for lar groups of families and friends to come together and have fun with enough space to be comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you to poolside paradise and to enjoy fun adventures in Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. It's time to make a memorable vacation with your family.

Beautiful house

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful house. The neighborhood is so peaceful near the bay. The patio is incredible, my kids loved the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and super clean. Overall a great house where you’ll feel like your own.

The house was great - clean, large rooms. The bedrooms had a lot of space.The outdoor space was fantastic! The pool was big enough for all ten of us. A lot of chairs to dry off on. We ate in the screened in area frequently. And the lounge area with the tv was great for the kids to have a break from the pool.

Fun family time

The property was very accommodating for our multi generation family. The vegetation around the backyard and pool made for a nice private retreat. Everything was clean and well stocked. I would easily recommend this property for any group or family gathering. Thank you Teresa. It was great.

Fun Family Getaway

This getaway was just what our family needed! There was plenty of room for all 15 of us! The grands used the pool constantly so much that the neighbors asked if we were from the north! My suggestion would be a better stocked kitchen, meaning utensils etc. I appreciated the communication between us and the host, thank you!

Family Wedding

We were in town for my nephew’s wedding. It was a great location, close to the wedding venue and shopping. We really enjoyed a day together by the pool. The bedroom situation fit our needs and everyone was comfortable. The 4 bathrooms were perfect. Our host was wonderful. She was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Family Vacation

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean house! We were a pretty group and we never felt crowded. Lots of seating in both the living room and dining areas. The pool is a great size and the backyard is an oasis. Appreciated the brand new BBQ! 15 minute easy drive to beautiful Anna Maria Island. The host, Teresa, is a pleasure. Backyard Oasis

This place is amazing! The backyard is meticulously kept and landscaped. It offers all different areas to enjoy, a screened in porch, covered porch with lights, ceiling fan, TV and cooler, and the sitting areas around the pool with lounge chairs, beach chairs and a bench. It is so private and beautiful, it feels like you are in a different world! The house itself is also extremely clean and spacious for a large group! We had an amazing time and Teresa even left us a nice welcoming gift for our birthdays. She was a fantastic host and replied very quickly to any questions. We would book again without any hesitation!

Perfect Multi-Family Vacation

I stayed in Teresa’s property with 2 other families for a soccer tournament at IMG. We were a total of 10 and never felt crowded. The home is spacious and super clean. The living space and outdoor entertainment area are so good that our teenage boys preferred coming back for a pool afternoon instead of going to the beach. There is space in the driveway for 3 mid sized cars. Teresa has equipped her home with towels, kitchenware, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods… It had everything we needed and more. The house is maybe a 15min drive to the beach and there are plenty of delicious food areas and entertainment places around. I can easily see my family returning for vacation if we are in the area again.
