Casa Aventura Unit #1 is a Unique building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. This quiet & serene, duplex is completely separate from rear unit (HA#3723220). The home has all stainless steel appliances, new washer & dryer, & storm windows. The balcony offers partial view of the beach and the bay. The home is located on the the North end of South Padre Island and close to several restaurants. It is a short walk the the popular Beach Bar .... Wanna Wanna, hosting live music on Fridays and Saturdays (May 22 - Sept 6). You can also take a short beach walk to Clayton's Bar (Biggest Beach Bar in Texas). Some of our best times were spent in the kitchen.. the spacious well equipped kitchen is ideal for family working together to prepare meals. The dining table for 8 with comfortable chairs allows for family conversation away from the kitchen. The living area has a large 60 inch HDTV. The 12 foot sectional that can be used to sleep additional guests. The second level includes a master suite with king size bed, a 40 inch HDTV and elegant walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 pull out twin bed trundles and a full bath. The pool / back yard area has a beautiful garden and large area for grilling with plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers. Relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the fire work display from pool area every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The best relaxing moments have been sitting on balcony chairs enjoying the evening breeze and watching passers by. Free island shuttle service is available year round.

First time visiting SPI for spring break with our 3 kids. The house worked perfect for us plenty of room. So much to do and see on SPI that we were barely ever at the house besides to clean up and sleep!
Very nice property
Great location, nicely decorated condo. Small leak in 2nd bedroom window. Internet was down when we arrived but the property management was very nice and it was fixed the next day. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
Great home for quiet stay.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We rented for a month and loved the location, the pool area, the garage. The kitchen is nice and big for dinner parties.
At this point, I would recommend bringing your own cooking pans-the units pans need to be replaced. Teflon is peeling on all of them. All in all a great place and trip.
Management has recently purchased New Pots & Pans for this vacation home.
We visited SPI during the down season and truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very homey, yet modern, and located conveniently to much of the island’s attractions and beach. The property manager was easy and pleasant to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental.

La Aventura is located on the North end of the Island. This unit is completely separate from Unit #2. It has a separate entrance, separate garage and pool is directly behind home.
