Pilot House Marina is 1/2 mile away. Please check with them for a boat slip.

The kitchen has brand new wooden cabinets with beautiful BLUE granite countertop and top-of-the line appliances. Each bedroom is very nicely furnished, each with new mattresses. Besides a very cold A/C, Cable TV and WIFI, each room has a TV, DVD player and ceiling fans.

PLEASE NOTE: The only way to get up to the main floor/second floor is use of a spiral staircase. There is one inside and one outside. If you have difficulty maneuvering stairs this unit is not a good choice.
