This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool . The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom .
2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each .
Five bedrooms have flat screen tvs .
The screened in, private oversize pool ( 15 ft X 30 ft ) and spa fully fenced for more privacy and south facing .
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led tv,

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board .
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone (local and long distance), cable and wireless internet are included.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property near Disney! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the parks, which made our days so much easier.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and the heated pool was definitely a highlight for our family. It was so nice to come back after long park days and relax in the warm water.The check-in process was seamless and stress-free, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Disney area. Great place to stay for Disney family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone and then some. We only wish we had known that if you didnt elect to pay to heat the pool prior to your stay, it could not be heated during. Not a deal breaker at all, but wouldve been nice to know. Overall i very much recommend this house for anyone staying in the area or wanting to visit they Disney parks.

The house was just okay. It was in a good location and the proximity to the parks was great. It was large enough for my entire family.The down side was the beds and bedding. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows and bedding were extremely cheap feeling making it hard to sleep. Also, the bathrooms need to be updated, very old.

Upon arrival, the overflowing garbage cans were noticed. Once inside, we did an initial run through and found socks and garbage under the shelf in my daughter's room. Found a shrimp tail in our bathroom peeking out from under the door. I was disappointed with the lack of towels we were given - 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people to share per bathroom. Looked for more and never found any. On a positive note, we had an issue with a smoke detector that was quickly fixed. When checking out, had to let them know the garbage cans couldn't hold anymore so we had to leave our garbage in the house. Again, quick response when I messaged. Had to pay for a heated pool and hot tub that was a disappointment. The 'hot' tub wash basically a warm bath and the pool was only warm where the hot tub flowed into it.The pool table cloth was so damaged it was hard to play and there was a ball missing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious with plenty of rooms for our group of seven, and there were lots of bath towels provided, which was a nice touch. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe with a house alarm system and two locks on the front door.To make the stay even better, it would help to improve the WiFi connection since it was a bit slow and patchy at times. A small step stool for younger kids would also be a helpful addition. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this home!

Privacy of pool was awesome. Pool was nice and warm. House wasn’t the most clean, floors were dirty but we cleaned them when we got there and it was suitable for our big family to enjoy our vacation.

This villa was brilliant and in a perfection location. Couldn’t fault the layout style or space. Pool was fabulous. Slightly dated in some aspects which don’t think reflected in the online pics. Some of the sinks have rusty holes in them, which although didn’t affect us wasn’t nice to see.
