Portside è un condominio di lusso con il fascino di un cottage al piano terra del Back Bay Cottage, 3 unità, costruito nel 2006. Siamo accanto alla Chowder House e kayak e noleggio biciclette e solo un isolato dalla passerella. Il cottage si trova nel cuore del porto e tuttavia all'interno troverete tranquillità e privacy. Oltre trenta caffetterie e ristoranti e numerosi negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, compresi molti posti aperti tutto l'anno.

Portside condivide un dock e galleggia con le altre due unità Back Bay Cottage e ha il proprio mazzo sul bordo dell'acqua. What a spectacular experience! From communicating with Abby, who was kind, detailed, and responsive, to the actual accommodations, which were some of the nicest, most thoughtfully planned that we've ever stayed in, every part of this visit was outstanding! We can't wait to visit again and again!!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay at Back Bay Cottage - Portside! The location is awesome; its very walkable but it also feels tucked away. We loved sitting on the dock, getting ice cream at the Downeast Ice Cream Factory, and comparing Lobster rolls sold around town. The kids enjoyed Barrett's Park, Ocean Point Beach, and Hendrick's Head Beach and we appreciated that there were beach towels, toys, and camp chairs available for our use. We also enjoyed hanging around Cottage. It is easy to relax there, the kitchen is well supplied, and the views are great. We hope to be back!

Couples Get Away

The condo and location were everything we were looking for in a relaxing vacation. It was like staying at a good friend's house - so comfortable, with great furniture, wonderful decorations and well stocked with anything you might need. The condo had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed being on the water and loved that town was only a few steps away. We felt like locals! Abby included a lot of information about activities which made it easy to plan day trips and explore the area. She thought of everything. Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised, and working with the property owner was easy and pleasant! We could not have asked for a better spot in Boothbay Harbor- close to everything but extremely private and peaceful!! We will be back!!

Wonderful condo

The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean. The house is extremely well-appointed. Abby was communicative and her instructions were clear. The area is lovely.

Great family stay

My wife and I stayed in this lovely, well appointed and conveniently located condo with our two year old son and my parents. Everyone had plenty of room. The place offered a great combination of classic style and quaintness appropriate for the location while still offering the amenities and comfort of a modern home.

Wonderful Property

The location of the property could not have been better. Right in the middle of Boothbay within walking distance to all the amenities. The condo was very clean and cozy with comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. The back patio and floating dock made for a great place to relax and enjoy the harbor atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time we visit Boothbay.

Wonderful weekend

My elderly mother and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Back Bay Cottage - Portside. Mom did needlework, read and enjoyed the view and being right on the water(!). I was able to easily explore all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer, all within walking distance. We loved it so much that we reserved a weekend in May in 2023.

Best location

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is right in the town of Boothbay Harbor and also on the water. You can walk to restaurants, shops and tours. The host was very friendly and had so much helpful information for us. The home had everything we needed and more. We will come back and book this place again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay was just perfect! Abby was so helpful and quick to respond to questions. The home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. You can't beat the water view and location to town - a real gem. We loved everything about this lovely home, especially Abby’s kindness and attentiveness to details. Can't wait to return.

Pictures Don’t Do A Justice!

Abby was a great host, communicating from the moment we completed our rental agreement and we were blown away by how gorgeous, spacious and clean her place was. It’s such a convenient location just steps away from all the shops and restaurants you’d need. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing

Great location, short walk to everything.The apartment is clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more.The kitchen was fully equipped. Deck and dock were a wonderful place to relax.Our host gave very useful information prior to arrival and answered all our questions.I would definitely return.

Boothbay apartment

Excellent position in the heart of Boothbay Harbor but on the water and just far enough away from shops etc to be quiet. Bright, clean, well kitted out. Perfect.

Abby’s Perfect Condo

We had a wonderful time at Abby’s Boothbay Harbor waterfront condo. The view of the harbor was spectacular from the front windows and the deck was wonderful to sit out with some wine and cheese. The location was fantastic as we could walk out the door and the town with all its restaurants and shops was right there. Abby was wonderful to deal with and even left a welcome basket! The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you want to do. The house was very clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. It was a perfect place for a getaway for three 66 year old friends.

Awesome vacation home

Back Bay Cottage Portside was a clean beautiful condo. The views were breath-taking from both inside and outside on deck. The owner provides everything one could possibly need on vacation...even more! The kitchen is awesome if you like to cook there or plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We so enjoyed being in the center of the harbor so we could walk to shopping, park, ice cream parlors or boat tours. There's plenty to do or if you just want a relaxing vacation this is a great place! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return again!

Outstanding property with an amazing location

An outstanding location to use as a base for exploring the Boothbay region. We had a few rainy days which were perfect for just sitting in the den reading a good book and watching the tide come and go. Easily walk to all of the restaurants and shops and as an added treat we saw the holiday fireworks from the foot bridge. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Abby is an amazing host and was a joy to work with. We look forward to visiting again.

Boothbay Cottage Port Side

My husband, son and I stayed a week in the Port Side cottage in Boothbay. We could not have been happier with the cottage! It was by far the most comfortable vacation rental we have ever used. The cottage has alot of space with a cozy, warm feel. So well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to linens. Lots of info about the area with ideas, directions, menus or anything you would want to know. Loved our stay in Boothbay and at Back Bay Cottages, cant wait to go back!
