Welcome to our Gulf View Condo SEASIDE #1604 at the "Madeira Bay Resort" - just steps from the beautiful white-sanded Beach and famous John's Pass! Built in 2020, you will enjoy brand new amenities, luxurious furnishings, memory foam beds, an electric fireplace, a gourmet kitchen and all beach essentials, so you only have to pack your flip flops and come on over!

LIVING
You will find our Apartment "Seaside 1604" on the 6th floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The "Coastal Chic" Design can be found throughout the condo! All furnishings, fabrics and accessories create a harmonious coastal feel, with a touch of luxury!

Enjoy cozy evenings watching the electric fireplace, which you can switch on with or without heat. All rooms have a flat-screen SmartTV, including basic cable, Netflix and web-surfing capabilities. High-speed Wifi Internet is also included with your rental.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with sunny views of the blue ocean. And come the evening, grab your favorite glass of wine and get ready for the most amazing sunsets - a great way to let the day come to an end...

SLEEPING
Our condo can comfortably accommodate 6 adults with a king-size bed in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Having a good night sleep is essential to a restful vacation! So say "goodbye" to those uncomfortable vacation rental beds and "hello" to our gel-infused memory foam mattress toppers, available on the king bed and both twin beds! The queen sleeper sofa includes a quilted mattress topper for more comfort as well.

Babies are also welcome! For our little guests, you can find a baby crib (pack 'n play) in the master bedroom closet (please bring your own crib linens!)

COOKING
The open concept floorplan allows you to enjoy each other's company, while cooking and eating! The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end cooking utensils and quality cookware. Whether you wish to just cook breakfast or full-course meals, our kitchen is up for that!

If you're a coffee lover, then you'll enjoy our Keurig Coffee Machine, with complimentary K-cups for your first couple mornings at our condo :) - regular coffee machine also available!

HOME OFFICE
If you end up needing to work during your stay, then just fold open our office table that is stored in the master closet. Set it up right by the master bedroom window and you will have the most amazing office views!!

BEACH ACCESS
You also won't need to bring any beach essentials! In the apartment you will find beach towels, a sun umbrella, 2 reclining sun loungers, 2 chairs, a cooler and beach toys for our little guests. Beach access is right across the street when you exit the elevator on the ground floor.

LAUNDRY
For your convenience, you can use the washer and dryer during your stay, just don't forget to bring your own favorite detergent!

POOL & GYM
Use of the pool and jacuzzi is also included in your rental. Lounge chairs and sun umbrellas are available for use at no cost at the pool area, which overlooks the marina. Pool hours are from dusk till dawn, but most days you can swim till 10PM - until the night security guard closes the gates ;)

The gym can be found on the 6th floor at the OTHER Resort building, which is located next to the pool (Please note: gym hours are 9am - 9pm)

PARKING
One parking space is included during your stay! You can park on the 2nd floor of the covered parking garage or outside on the 1st floor in a marked parking space.

DOOR LOCK
We are using the latest technology door lock. Feel safe and secure knowing that we do not re-use or rotate pre-installed door codes. Each guest will receive a unique door code, which expires after check-out at 10AM.

NOTEWORTHY
Before your arrival, you'll receive a door key code, so you can let yourself in at any time after 3PM on your arrival day. For your convenience, you will find a "starter kit" which includes e.g. toiletries, dish and hand soap, trash bags, paper goods. We recommend bringing your own favorite essentials for extended stays, since the starter kit will not be replenished. If you wish cleaning services during your stay, please message us for pricing. Also, please note that the building is located on a busy street, so you will hear street noise when sitting outside on the balcony. However, rest assured that the windows are well insulated and there is no street noise to be heard inside the condo.
