Perfect spot for a family getaway

  • 5 of 5

This property is better than advertised, and the pictures do not do it justice. We had 4 adults and 5 children staying at the property and never felt crowded with plenty of room for everyone. The views from the back patio were stunning and the wildlife was abundant including deer, birds, and fish which were caught in the river. The home is in a great location and is about 30 minutes from Yellowstone and 15 minutes to Livingston. Emigrant is also close by for supplies and some good barbecue, beef cheeks recommend at Follow Yer Nose. Also, the property manager Brooke was very responsive to any queries and also responded quickly which was comforting to know that she was there if needed. The home had everything we needed for comfort and for making meals on the kitchen. Would definitely stay at the home again and can not wait to get back to Montana.

Great Location for Getaway

  • 5 of 5

There were two couples of us that rented the house during the first week of September. The house is wonderful, it had everything we wanted. It was very secluded, but yet there are restaurants close by. The pictures of the house did not do it justice, particularly the deck, it was plenty big with a great view of the river and mountains. We were a little concerned about the traffic noise because of the close proximity to the highway, but that was not a problem. The bald Eagle that landed on the tree next to the house was an added bonus. Look forward to staying again.

Very nice property-met our expectation and then some

  • 5 of 5

I absolutely love the paradise valley location...close to Chico, fishing in your backyard, and Yellowstone. The house was very comfortable, lovely and met all our needs. I was worried about the highway being so close but it did not negatively affect our stay or our nightly star gazing at all. Brooke manages the property very well!
