We had our wedding party stay here and it was perfect! Quick access to the highway as well as riverfront access, was the best of both worlds!!

What a great spot!

  • 5 of 5

We found River Run when planning for our 5th trip to Paradise Valley and are very glad we did. Great location, excellent layout, strategic views to the east, west and south, the furnishing and decor all come together nicely. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are well stocked and spacious. The Yellowstone Valley Grill, and bakery and barbeque in Emigrant are among our favorites and very close by. Being on the river is a major plus. Plenty of privacy too. Very thankful we had the chance to stay. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful house in all ways!!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second summer at River Run and we thoroughly enjoyed it, just as we did last summer. The house is beautiful, well furnished, comfortable, spacious and a total delight. It is a great location--close to numerous fly fishing destinations, Livingston, and Yellowstone Park. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the deck, overlooking the Yellowstone River, watching both people on the river and wildlife in the yard. We really enjoyed taking drives and exploring beautiful remote areas nearby. We've already booked again for next year!!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

  • 5 of 5

This property is better than advertised, and the pictures do not do it justice. We had 4 adults and 5 children staying at the property and never felt crowded with plenty of room for everyone. The views from the back patio were stunning and the wildlife was abundant including deer, birds, and fish which were caught in the river. The home is in a great location and is about 30 minutes from Yellowstone and 15 minutes to Livingston. Emigrant is also close by for supplies and some good barbecue, beef cheeks recommend at Follow Yer Nose. Also, the property manager Brooke was very responsive to any queries and also responded quickly which was comforting to know that she was there if needed. The home had everything we needed for comfort and for making meals on the kitchen. Would definitely stay at the home again and can not wait to get back to Montana.
