The Space:
This condo is located on the third floor but there are stairs or a conveniently located elevator as well. Step inside to an open concept brand new build condo that is sure to suit your needs during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a high top table to enjoy your home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the blinds for more privacy as well. There is a smart TV in the living room and also one in the bedroom as well for your use.

*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*

Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

The condo was clean, well decorated, flooded with natural light and well equipped for all our needs. The parking was dedicated and it was nice to have access to an elevator. Great stay.

Excellent stay, great condo! It was a nice, well-stocked space with a great kitchen and comfy bed. Good location, close to downtown, easy to get to everything. We also used one of the ten hot tubs on the roof!

The apartment is new, clean and really nice. Easy parking. Rooftop sitting. Short walk to the grocery store and beach. Good location. We loved it, except for one thing: the windows don't open. None of the windows open. This may not bother you, but if we knew this before we booked we would have looked at another place. We come to Traverse City in the summer for the cool weather. We want to feel the breeze, but the only option at this place is the air conditioner. If that is OK for you, then this is a fantastic place. If you want to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air, keep looking.

TC visit a bit austere

Got locked out and my phone and tablet for authentication were locked inside as well. Had no way to contact the Host. Luckily, I had my car and drove to my sister’s to use her computer. Only way to login to VRBO without any extra authentication was through Facebook. Ugh!Though this building is newly built, the hallway entrance’s floor already looks war torn and raw. It’s not inviting. The apt was very clean. Kitchen was complete with cooking black plastic utensils and coated pots and pans. Not happy about that because that plastic and coated pans are toxic, I am health conscious. You cannot open the windows in the apt to get in any fresh air, especially if you want some clean fresh Michigan air to expel dirty air from cooking. The smell of breakfast lingered despite the fact we used the cooking fan. The bed’s mattress had a dent but still sufficed for a great nights sleep. Never had the chance to check out the hot tub. Place felt quiet, Nice big windows and plenty of light. Bathroom is not great for wheelchair access.

Really great 6 night stay with my husband and 1 year old. Relatively new building and very nice space! Clean and attention to detail. Good proximity to downtown. Loved all the big windows. Comfortable bed. They even provided us with a pack n play and high chair which meant we could travel with less stuff. Communicative hosts! Would happily stay again.

Clean Modern Place to Stay.

The unit was very clean comfortable and modern. Cool 2 person hot tubs in the roof with a few games upthere as well. Parking was made easy as your spot is numbered. Location. Was good as well. I would stay here again.

Overall great place. New condo building.

My wife and I stayed at the condo for a weekend celebrating our anniversary in town. The condo was very clean, spacious, and new. The Mitten Group had a great website with recommendations of things to do. Our favorite part of the building were the hot tubs on the roof, really made for relaxing evenings. While overall the place was great, the location is not ideal as the building next door had some shady activities. Local PD seemed to be aware of it and were constantly around. We never felt unsafe walking to The Cottage for lunch or had any issues but something we noticed. We would stay at the condo again.

Great Stay in Great city

This place was great. Good a for a couple who would like to stay close to downtown TC. Very clean and nice. The building is new and very close to everything. I stayed for the TCTC half marathon. Would stay again

Good location not right downtown but not too far away. New property in a neighborhood. Condo had lots of windows with great natural lighting. Rooftop had cornhole as well as several hot tubs. Riley was great with communication and I would definitely stay here again

Great condo!

My husband and 2 young boys and I stayed 3 nights at this condo, it was very clean, and very quiet! The condo has a washer and dryer which was very convenient to have with kids. We used the rooftop hot tub twice and it was a great addition to our stay. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a nice stay!
